Fernando was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad that the clot in my kitchen sink has been resolved in a timely manner. Also I appreciate the Company informed me the actual arrival time too.

Andrew & Fernando performed preventive auguring maintenance of the drainage pipes from the sinks in our bathrooms and kitchen. They were on time, courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. The work was completed in a very efficient and professional manner plus the work areas were left in spotlessly clean condition.

Brad was a great help to get our sewage line repaired. We were 5 days without drainage after roots got into our old ceramic line. The dispatching could be improved, as it was not clear that we needed a 'drainage' plumber initially to try to clear out our clog. Roy the 'drainage' guy did his best with an auger and camera, and also had solid advice for what to do next. Brad the 'fixtures' guy was great once we knew where the clog was and had a hole dug. Brad fixed everything up in a couple hours and was cool guy, helping us dig too. Would recommend Roy and Brad.

Milani recently installed my condo heat pump/ac installation.Nicholas Rosswood, who co-ordinated the work, was super efficient and went above and beyond in helping me get this work approved by my Strata management company, who were dragging their heels.The installers, Adish and Rich, were very clean and professional and did a great job. I don't know the electrian's name, who's an outside contractor for Milani, but he did an outstanding job at maneuvering the wiring around my floor to ceiling closets.We installed a Mitsubishi product, which is super quiet and keeps us cool and comfortable during these hot summer months. I haven't used it on the heat setting yet, but I suspect it will be as efficient as the cooling.I'm so far very happy with my heat pump/ac installation, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Milani for this type of work :)

Simon and Andrew from Milani have been working in our building for the last couple of days, and they have been friendly, considerate and professional every time I've seen them. They have done there best to accommodate some specific requests, and even provided me with some extra (free) advice on a separate plumbing issue that they weren't initially there to look at. I would definitely recommend them to others, and will certainly be using them again. Thanks guys!

Andrew and Simon were very professional and kind. They were performing our condo complex's annual plumbing service. They made it an easy and smooth process with great advice and knowledge. My partner was sleeping in the bedroom and they were extra quiet and courteous. They went above and beyond to help clean out our shower drain for us. I plan to call these two back for any issues we have in the future!

Called Milano when another company didn’t show up as scheduled. They responded promptly and had someone out in an hour. Mirza was awesome! Quickly assessed the problem and had the kitchen sink unclogged and the pipe tightened. Also offered suggestion on how to prevent clogging in the future which I appreciated. Overall great work and will use Milani again.

I called Milani for hot water tank repair this morning and they sent the technician Karim T. over to my house few hours later in the afternoon. Karim was very friendly and helpful. Instead of persuading me to get a new hot water tank (mine is very old), he was patient to fix the problem. Finally, my hot water tank is working again. He also provided me with some safety information and advices. The charge is reasonable, the service is good and efficient. I am happy to have their services next time.

I called Milani to fix two slow-draining showers, a half-clogged kitchen sink, and a slow-leaking toilet in my house. Adam came over today, right on time, and fixed everything plus some other minor issues in only two hours. Can't believe how much hair he pulled out of the shower drains! Adam is very competent, efficient, and courteous. Highly recommended.
