The guys at Model Town are top notch. We were supposed to be on the road early but had a tire leak so went in first thing on a busy day. They got it fixed and had us on the road in no time. This is the only shop I will go to in Oromocto. Highly recommend!

Brian at Model Town is the man. Any issues i have had with my vehicle, Brian had answers for me and was able to book me in quickly. Brian and his team fixed a broken part and realized another part was broken because of it. Not only did he go above and beyond to find a Hyundai recall for the second broken part but he threw in a free tire change and saved me even more.

Had ABS problems, now I dont. They got me in as soon as possible and fixed the issue. While they fixed one issue they found another, instead of surprising me with a huge bill they called to see if I wanted the work done. This is how it should be honest work, honest pricing

We’ve been here many a times in our two year posting (old car), and they have always treated us well and with a good turnaround time.I was very grumpy with our car when it needed unpredictable work yet again, then took it out on their voicemail one night, and they were totally unfazed the next morning when I walked in apologizing for my harsh 30 second voicemail tone.They’re good at explaining what was normal for our car, what wasn’t, and what was a priority to get done right away. Their good nature and service is superb, and we hope to find a genuine place like this on our next posting.

My friend and I broke down near Oromocto, a completely unfamiliar town, just 4hrs into our trip from Halifax to Ontario for the holidays.The staff at Model Town Auto got us in as soon as we pulled up on a Friday afternoon and had us back on the road within the hour. This was after they showed us how to fix the problem on our own and supplied us with a free wrench to do so, because we didn’t have any tools with us.We made it the rest of the way home without any interruptions. I am a visibly queer person and I have never had such a positive experience with a mechanic. We are extremely grateful for the exceptional kindness and service the folks at Model Town Auto showed us.
