We have used Red Deer Electric a number of times. We did a new build, a business reno and a older home Reno with them. Each time Nolan and his team were dependable to show up on time and provide top quality work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others looking for dependable, quality work at a reasonable rate.

We have been using Red Deer Electric for several years now at our manufacturing plant just outside of Red Deer. The RDE team do an outstanding job at anything we have asked them to do. They are priced fair and always provide excellent customer service. The owner Nolan is a master electrician and he will always take a call and has been outstanding to deal with. I highly recommend them for any business or residential needs.

We have used RDE over the years for everything from wiring our shop, powering the hot tub, LED's for the kitchen reno to hanging an entrance light, moving switches and various other jobs. No job is too big or too small. Nolan and crew are very knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and genuinely care that your satisfied. There's good reason RDE has been around for a long time and are well established. Anything electrical related, your first call should be to Red Deer Electric.

This is a late review, but a very honest one. In November our smooth top stove shorted and sent a red glow out the front in the space between the smooth top and the side panels. I thought the stove may be on fire inside as a bit of smoke came out the top also. I then heard a “pop”. The stove went dead completely as did the microwave above it.I figured it had just tripped the breaker, no problem. I went down stairs and knowing that the double breakers are quite a bit stiffer, I tried hard to flip it. It wouldn’t go either way...I called Nolan at Red Deer Electric because if I wasn’t able to flip the breaker I was concerned with the “light show” from the stove, that it could be a fire hazard.There are MANY companies out there that would have been more than happy to take me to the cleaners - especially with this situation.Nolan asked me which type of breaker was used so he would be sure to have that particular one with him. He was coming the next morning so I txt him a snapshot of the breaker. He called me back and told they there are particularly stiff sometimes and to give it another try REALLY hard. I was finally able to flip the breaker and the power came back on to the microwave!My point to this lengthy review is that there are companies that would be more than happy to make it out worse that it was and charge me through the nose. Did Nolan lose money that day for helping me to fix the problem myself? Obviously. But through that honesty and integrity I would use them exclusively and recommend Red Deer Electric to everyone!! Red Deer Electric has been there for us throughout the restoration of our Red Deer Heritage Home (A Designated Historical Site of Significance). Our house was vastly different from a new build, as every wire was knob and tube! Money was tight and upgrading all our electrical work was a huge job, spread over the last few years. RDE succeeded with the challenge and did a fantastic job!They are fast, efficient and highly knowledgeable, whilst being extremely competitive when pricing out a quote.I trust RDE to give me honest advise on how to keep my home energy efficient and up to Code.We will keep on calling them and supporting this great local Business!

Nolan and his staff at Red Deer Electric are excellent to deal with! They originally wired our brand new build in 2013 and Nolan has never hesitated to come back to help with any issues(not really any) that have arisen in that time. He has always stood behind his work. He has also come to change out bathroom fans requested by us and I know we can count on him for any future electrical needs we may have. They put their client first, give great advice and solutions. Their workmanship is top notch and we would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone! Keep up the great work Red Deer Electric!!
