The last two times I stopped after work at this location for a Beyond Beef - the bun has been stale and burnt to a crisp - in all honesty, rock solid and inedible. For $15 the quality really should be addressed at this location. Prior to May 2023, the quality was great.

Love this place but Staff needs to pay more attention. I’ve ordered my food at drive thru and told me to wait at front door. The one Indian girl who took my order, her shift was over and didn’t told any fellow staff member that I was at the front door. They completely forgot about my order. After waiting for 20 mins at front door, finally went it to grab my food which was sitting under the warmer from 20 minutes.

Service OK ... Place is dirty .. I don't mind paying for extra chipotle sauce but wished it was sealed. Food is was ok not the greatest .

This was a good location. Clean, friendly and well run. The counter service was great. A&W’s vegan options - our Beyond Meat burgers- were well prepared and the fries and onion rings generous in quantity.

Mid day, very quiet atmosphere. Counter clerks very polite. Food was good and hot. I had the chicken burger. Done to perfection.

staff need better training, this fast food is supposed to be higher quality. You can update the building but you can’t produce consisten food. Hours are also innacurate, they close at 10pm.
