Great experience dealing with Shane. Honest no pressure sale. We flew in from Prince George to buy our used car. He picked us up, had everything ready. The insurance lady was there ready to go. In and out in less than an hour. Even a full tank of fuel at Vancouver’s outrageous price.!! Super friendly, good communicator and experienced. Very competive price according to my internet search. Would definitely recommend him.

Went in to buy a used car. The test drive, financing, ICBC insurance and everything was setup within three hours. Got the full history of my vehicle and mechanical inspection report, and a full tank of gas. Highly recommended dealership to anybody looking to buy a used car in Vancouver.

I had a very good experience with Shane at S & S. He found a car that matched my needs at a reasonable price and I did not feel like he was pressuring me at all. The reason I am giving this shop 4 stars is because of the auto insurance broker I dealt with who hurried me through the entire process. I realized recently that he got my rate class wrong despite me asking him to double check it. Because of that I have been paying more than I should have for the last 2 months. If it wasn't for that, this would have been a perfect first car experience.

Unsure exactly how this dealership works. Found an add on fb market place for a car I wanted, connected me to the dealership directly in the add. Went all the way there during their business hours, was told that the specific sales person is coming back on Tuesday. I guess all the sales people work independently? unsure what the point of the used car dealership is for. Overall waste of my time, terrible customer service and bad communication.

Shane was awesome to deal with. Was very patient as I had some paperwork to translate from Australia! 100% recommendation S&S to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Picked up a Ram 1500, he is honest and very fair!

Recently we had the pleasure to deal with Rob at S&S, and I use the term pleasure as it was the most non pressure, no BS, car dealership purchase experience that I have ever encountered. He was straight forward in his approach, no games and especially, no high pressure up sell games. The car was ready when he said it would be, it was clean and ready to go. After an unfortunate accident, I needed to replace my vehicle with money received from ICBC. After searching for some time, and trying to stay within my budget, I was worried that I would have to settle for a lesser vehicle or pay up to get something equivalent. Then a co-worker put me in contact with Shane from S&S. In a short amount of time he found me a better vehicle than the on I wrote off well within my budget, and the process was completely painless. Thank you very much to Shane and his team. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anybody in the market for a used vehicle.
