If you can go somewhere else, go ..horrible place, I will ask my doctor never send me there again the place is small and the waiting time is unbelievable receptionist was arguing with the patients and she was saying “I will call the police,” when the poor guy was waiting for 2 hours, you have to fast so also is really uncomfortable the waiting time, also the smell of the clinic was disgusting, at least if you will be close contact with people should be a policy to at lest take a shower, I got nauseous to be that close and the person was close doing the test has really bad smell … bad and my clothes ended with a strange smell, really bad experience.

My wife had booked for a 2pm appointment for today, Thursday March 11. With our kids staying at home for school, they were going to be accompanying my wife so we thought it best to call ahead earlier that day to see if it wAs going to be a wait or an in and out type of appointment.Upon calling, my wife asks her inquiries about waiting due to concerns having our children with her and was told its possibly a short or a little bit of a wait which was fine as long as we know that these are the possibilities. These are also known practices so we're not shocked.So 155pm my wife arrives with our two children and she is told that it was about an hour wait and that worst was that our children weren't allowed in the facilities. She was forced to rebook and travel across the city for a later date. Meanwhile the clinic was a revolving door with patients in and out with a line of 4 groups outside the door forming.Could they not have told us about kids not being allowed when she called regarding the fact?? Really unprofessional and frankly a waste of time and money.With this said, my wife was not seen so this does not speak to the clinic's ability to care for patients, but i think we will book her else where after this incident. If they can miss something like this, what else can they miss with her treatment.

The wait is over an hour- no respect to customers. Frustrated people always complain in the office

Highly unprofessional place. Patients (including myself) had to stand in the waiting room (more like waiting corner) for hours because of how tiny the waiting area is and how dire the lack of chairs was.

I have an appointment for next week needs to be reschedule, for the past two weeks calling everyday and they don't answer, also their voice mail is full cannot leave a message. They better not to charge me. Please improve your reception by answering the phone calls. Thanks.

If you care about your health and your time stay away from this clinic! I was referred by my family doctor, since I have constant severe headaches. I attended an impersonal appointment and doctor W. Masri gave me a referral for CT scan. I have attended a CT scan and was told that results will be faxed to this clinic in 5 business days. 10 business days later, I was calling the clinic, since no-one got back to me and my headache did not go anywhere.I was told that they still did not get my CT results and I should contact hospital and ask them to resend the results. When I called hospital, I was insured that the the results were submitted over a week ago, but they still resubmit them again. I waited for another week, but I still did not get a call back from this clinic. I tried to call them over 20 times in the last 2 weeks - no-one picked up the phone. I cannot leave a voice mail, since it is full. I sent an email 5 days ago and they never came back to me. I have constant headaches and I cannot get ahold of this clinic. Now I understand all those negative reviews...People working in this clinic are the most unprofessional individuals I have met. They should not be allowed to work in the health care industry, since obviously they do not have professional ethics or care for their patients.

Terrible! Worst clinic I’ve ever been to. The front desk staff are so rude and careless. Extremely unorganized! Not responsible at all! Everyone blames others. They gave me appointments several times and every time the doctor was not even in and she was on vacation!! It’s been 8 months now and I haven’t seen the doctor yet. Unbelievable! Terrible customer service! They did not even apologize for their mistakes. Instead, you face their rude behavior. If your appointment is canceled, they won’t bother to call you ahead of time, you realize it when you reach there!!! Voice mail never has enough room for you to leave a message and even if you do, they won’t bother to listen and return your call. Words can’t describe how terrible this place is. Even one star is too much, I wish I had an option to give zero.

They booked far too many patients in a day. I came here twice. First time, I was finally seen by the doctor after 45 mins passed my initial appointment time. The most recent time, the wait was almost 90 mins! Either book less patients or schedule more time per patient.

If you can get an appointment in the morning, I’d highly recommend it. By the afternoon, the appointments get very backed up. The experience is much better if you can beat the “traffic”.The doctors and administrative people are nice and provide good medical service.I feel a lot of these bad reviews could be addressed by trying to reduce the backed up appointments by the afternoon. The experience and wait time is night and day when you have an appointment in the morning and afternoon.

The staff are excellent. Had an appointment for my son with Fariba which was 10/10. But what made our visit so exceptional, that I had to leave a review, was our experience with Natalie. Thank you both!
