Everyone was very polite and helpful when I was purchasing my glass. The glass came in 1 week which was great. I live out of town so after they called and said my glass were in for pickup I went in the next morning for there opening time. Now on showed up, I waited 30min and had to leave. The following week I went in to pick them up and the girl there had no idea how to adjust my new glasses to fit me. Not too impressed with the after service.

Great experience. They quickly verified all information via email before I even got to the store. Then it was a straightforward process that they had already started. They checked the coverage and billed them directly. AND...they called a week after I picked up my glasses to see if I was happy with them. Awesome and recommend

I went to this business due to it having the highest google reviews. The service was very good here and I would give a five star review if I hadn't seen the poster inside the store incentivizing less than genuine google reviews. I included a photo of the poster. This was very disheartening to read because I am sure this business would have good reviews organically if they relied on their own merits.

I recently purchased glasses from Sun City Optics for my son. Janine and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my specific frame requests. They were helpful and friendly, and responded to my emails and phone calls quickly. Janine even emailed a week later to ensure the glasses were working out well. It's uncommon to get this level of service these days. I was very happy with my experience at Sun City Optics and my family and I will be back.

I went into this store in hopes of getting a repair done to my favourite sunglasses. The lady (wish I'd gotten her name) got to work on them immediately and did the repair free of charge! I left there feeling so happy because I didn't think anything was free of charge anymore!
