Thy don't mix flavors you have to buy prepackaged flavors with standard nicotine ammounts

Sold me the wrong product for nearly double the price and did not exhange. Arrogant staff. 20$ for 2 pods.

Lorsque j'ai été à Rouge Vape, les préposés m'ont rapidement mis en confiance, cherchant à répondre à mes besoins et non me vendre le matériel le plus dispendieux à tout prix. Ils ont ensuite bien pris le temps de m'expliquer le fonctionnement des outils nécessaires pour vaper. Franchement, j'ai été impressionné par la qualité de leur service et de leur courtoisie. De plus, l'ambiance du local ainsi que sa propreté contribuent vraiment à accroître l'expérience d'achat. When I went to Rouge Vape, the clerks really did everything to help me get confidence in the products. They didn't harass me to buy the most expensive items, but really were careful to propose products that would fulfil my needs. Then, they took time to teach me how to use those tools and honestly, I was impressed by the quality of the service they provided and their courtesy. Also, the ambience of the shop is very smooth, and the place is super clean, really improving the purchasing experience. Go here all the time and have never had any complaints.Other Rouge Vape locations employees will harass you to buy new products more often than not.But the team that works here... is awesome! Super relaxed environment, very welcoming (BILINGUAL) service.Whenever I go in and let them know I'm looking for a new kit they always clearly have my best interest in mind, never trying to sell the most expensive kit when unwarranted.100% the best vape shop I've been to in gatineau in the past 2 years.
