I have been using a Rainfresh Whole House filtration system for over 10 years and am generally happy with this product. I regularly change filters (3) and the UV light regularly.A few days ago I changed all three filters as part of my regular maintenance.We noticed that the water pressure was greatly reduced throughout the household. We thought that the problem was with the pump or diaphragm but not so. One of the new filters (CF3 30 micron) was defective and significantly reduced the water pressure (unable to take a shower, etc...). I contacted a service representative (Katlyn) who stated that they have NEVER had such a problem brought to their attention. I offered to mail the filter (at my cost unfortunately) so that they could test the filter themselves. No compensation was offered but I remain optimistic once the filter is examined the company will make things right!Addendum: The cost of mailing the filter to Envirogard (so that it could be examined) was $30.48. This however was MY decision as the company did not request that I do so. The cost of the filter was less than $5.

I have purchased sediment filters, uv systems, and undercabinet water filters from the Company. The products are made and there have been no issues (I have had the UV sytem for over a year). Replacement filters and UV lamps are very reasonably priced. Customer service people are friendly and helpful.

I used to buy a carton of cf-1 filters for about $2.00 each. Now they are almost $8.00.Home depot sells a 5 pack for $20.00, about 1/2 the cost.

This is our third unit as we keep moving. We have always been happy but this time the unit leaked. We had no problems with customer service. In fact they were extremely helpful in sending out a new part. When the problem persisted they sent out yet another part which arrived in two days.

Very pleased with this company. I bought a UV system from Amazon and it was missing parts. I called Rainfresh to see what was missing and they sent me the missing parts at No charge.I’m so impressed!! What great customer service!! Highly recommend!!

Terrible customer support.If you don't have 3/8 supply line then you need to buy extra parts.Product is sold as a system for lakes and streams. Well let just say they have no idea how off grid cabins and cottage life works.Make sure you have the proper flow rates and psi or this system is useless to you

This company is exceptional in customer service. I needed some small parts (O-Rings) for one of their Rainfresh water filtering systems There was a small glitch in the online order processing and I phoned. The Lady who answered the phone was very knowledgeable about the necessary parts She said: I'll just put them in an envelope and send them to you....No charge. 3 days later they arrived here at the other end of the country. I look forward to do business with this company in the future.

The company is no longer providing reliable products, e.g. missing items in the shipment and missing parts in the unit. The customer service was not able to handle the mistakes well enough. Resending shipment was delayed, cheap shipping service was used. No tracking number provided, mistake was handled in unprofessional manner. Prolong waiting time for missing parts and items. The filter compartment seal defected and leaks upon installation. Some filters are not able to order via internet. I would recommend another brand for better service and product quality.

I’m quite happy with the filter I bought from them as it works well and was fairly priced. However, I’m changing my first cartridge now and realize there is no way to recycle this massive filter. I called them and they said the only option was to rip open and maybe the plastic is recyclable.
