I recently had them install 4 windows and 2 doors in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, courteous, and efficient. The installation was carried out with great care and attention to detail, with the team ensuring that no existing trim was damaged during the demolition process. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone in need of high-quality windows and doors.

27 September they came to install 2 doors and 6 windows. First they used floor protection and after themselves they cleaned up. The demolition was gentle so the didn't disturb any existed trim no after repair needed. The windows and doors instalation was clean and professional. They caulk everything inside outside what was possible make sure is water proof. They foamed all over for perfect air seal. The aluminum cuping also good. The job was down by Dimitri and two other guys. Big thanks for them they are professional. We really happy and we recommend the company and this crew. BEWARE BEWARE .This company is a fraud . They put new windows and doors and not one was installed right . They came back several times to repair still not right . Front door seal broke and frosting up bottom icing up could not open due to ice built-up. The windows do not block the heat from the sun like the old windows . Had someone come to check them and said front door argon has leaked out and the window is in backwards and the big picture window doesn't have the uv block for the sun . He said they probably sold me something higher quality and then installed something of lower quality. I've spoke with vlad and he said they are only 2 year warranty and I said you guys been back several times so the 2 years didn't Start due to all the back and fourth and still not done right . So now I have no choice but to handle this through small claims court . I told him this and he said go ahead . So I guess we will have to see what the judge has to say . I will post results from court to show people this person is not capable of running this company due to knowledge of windows and doors . Very very disrespectful.

Unprofessional company I called the police for them they damaged my windows I’m highly disappointed and not recommend

I'm so glad I found HomeStart! Best ones in Toronto! They replaced windows in my cottage and now it's much warmer inside. The result is on point! If I decide to renovate my house I would definitely work with them again!!

I had three windows replaced last spring with On Star as they gave me a competitive price. The installers showed up 5 hours late which was frustrating. The windows looked good when installed but over the winter I noticed quite a lot of condensation/moisture on the inside of the windows even though the temperature was not below -10ºC. Seems the R factor is not as good as other window I have had installed.
