Nice little Italian spot. It looks like it's run by Filipinos but don't let it fool you. Their menu is legit. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and it was really delicious. Looked so good that I burned my mouth jumping into it too quickly. The tiramisu was also excellent and I kinda wish I ordered another one for me instead of sharing.Great place to go for a nice and casual meal.

A small, cute and cozy italian themed place with an average amount of seating (not a super large restaurant). The pasta here is delicious and flavourful. Not too salty. Not too saucy either but flavoured just right. The pizzas here seemed to be the go to option as i saw other tables order them as well. Cant go wrong with either choice. Pricing is reasonable but maybe slightly higher than average but take into consideration for the food quality and amount you get. Enjoyed the experience here. Service here was quick and friendly

Thus is our favourote restaurant in town. The food is always delicious (the chicken Cotaletta is amazing!). We were there tonight, and even though they were super busy, we felt well attended to. And the food once again was top notch, the servi gs are generous. It's a small restaurant, so be sure to reserve if you plan to be there in peak times.

They got it! New owners for about a year now, and it’s with great relief that I give this review. This has been a special place for us in the last three years.The place remains clean, great service and our dishes were delicious. There certainly is a difference in the food - perhaps subtle. I think more noticeable in the pizza. But still a good pizza. Felt a bit heavy on the cheese (not always a bad thing).Over all, I congratulate the new owners and we will be back and I’ll reconsider this review.My 2019 Revinew:Legit. We loved the food! Looking forward to going again. I’ll have a more complete review then.

We always order delivery from the Boot and it is definitely the very best restaurant in Cochrane. The food is always exceptional, like it was just made for us in our own kitchen. There is never an issue of any kind. We simply can't say enough. Wish we could order every night!

Wish I live in Cochrane so I could have pizza from this place everyday. Not only is it great pizza, but it's ran by the sweetest family. We had a dog with us and they actually set up space on the patio to accommodate us (vs. some places where they ask you to chain your dog around a park lot fence). To be clear, I'm not sure what their dog policy is but they are definitely accommodating. Only manage to snap up 1 picture because we devoured the other pizzas so quickly..... so obviously it was delicious.

Seems like the pizzas here are hit-or-miss. We ordered 2 pizzas; both were tasty, but one has very few toppings. I wouldn't order that one again. The other had more toppings and a lot of cheese. I'm not sure I would order pizza from here again. I also ordered here a few years ago and the food was excellent, but after this experience my confidence is shook.Details:We ordered 2 pizzas March 11, 2023.The Monte (seafood) pizza was slim on the toppings. One of our pieces didn't even have shrimp on it! It felt like a 12$ pizza rather than a $20 pizza. It tasted good, but I wouldn't order this one again.On the flip side, the other pizza we ordered was loaded with mozzarella cheese and a respectable amount of meat and mushrooms.

I eat their prosciutto arugula pizza often - I adore it! The veal portion is a bit small for the price, but overall is a great restaurant.

The food was delicious and a woman working there made my lunch experience more complete - she is very pleasant to talk to.The food was very fresh and tasty, the menu had many options and I was finally able to eat a risotto here in Canada after almost 4 years.
