Unbelievably exceptional customer service. Tony was excellent. Our office was moving in to space with an Asko dishwasher not working. The dishwasher needed a part. Tony borrowed one from another source rather than have us wait 4-6 weeks to get us up and running. Nice to see good customer service still exists!

Our dryer was acting up so I called Totem Appliance Repair and was able to get an appointment quickly. Our technician Stan called the morning of the appointment and let me know what time he’d be arriving. He was punctual and very efficient in diagnosing the issue with our dryer. He needed to check if the part was in stock or if it would need to be ordered. He committed to letting me know by 2pm that afternoon. He called at the time he committed to. The part was in stock and he came back later that afternoon and changed it. Our dryer has been working perfectly since. I’d highly recommend Totem Appliance Repair.

this service company was recommended by Coast Appliances the issue was the control knob on the dryer. the tech said he repaired it using tape, since the cost to replace the part was $130. he advised that he would keep his eyes open for a used part" . bottom line is temporary fix that is not holding.the office had my e mail address incorrect

My LG fridge was broken, LG directed me to them and they came in took about 5 minutes to diagnose that it was a compressor failure, and I got them to fix the compressor. Within about two weeks the fridge was down again. I had to contact LG once more and they sent them again and told us it was leaking internally and it was unfixable. Could’ve easily saved me 550 dollars by telling me the original diagnose to not fix the compressor at all. Would not recommend this company.

Excellent response from my request for appointment. Was able to come next day. Tony took time to remove freezer door and check system and explained findings. Very informative and polite. Unfortunately it is too costly and time consuming to repair so he had to give me the bad news that I have to buy a new one. Manufacturers should be ashamed of poor quality on almost all fridges and useless warranties. Just more business for repairmen. But I would recommend Totem and Tony for sure.

RIPOFF!! fridge broke after 2 years. parts were under warranty and i had to pay for labor. COST ME $700 in labor !!! and the guy was here for 1 hr. Feel like i was completely ripped off because these guys are the only ones certified to work on a LG fridge. Avoid LG products. I would never use this business again if I had a choice. You also have to pay $150 just to book an appointment.

We used Totem twice in the past couple of months. First for a Samsung washer and then for a Jenn Air double oven. We received excellent advice and clear estimates of the cost to repair vs. replace. The technician (Court) was very professional, knowledgeable and on time. There were no surprises in the billing. I would highly recommend.

My Samsung Refrigerator door hinge broke, so called the manufacturer, and they give me this service company number. I called them and told them the problem I had. They told me service & parts would be $125. The service guy came and looked at it, the hinge broke off, simple enough to fix.Now the parts cost $80 and are going to take 2 to 3 weeks and I have to pay for parts and labour. But for some greedy reason the service guy tells me I need to pay $140 just for the inspection, and telling me what's wrong. Even though I had given him all the exact information beforehand, model and parts number. I didn't call for someone to tell me what I already know, and charge me $140 for it.If you are a handy person you can do it yourself with a quick YouTube video. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE BY CALLING THEM.It only took me 5 minutes to install the parts, make sure you clarify all information before going forward and make sure you know what you are paying for.

The technician rang ahead to say when he'd be here. He took the dryer apart and showed me the main problem, and as the motor was shot I chose to have him reassemble it (he lubricated one bearing and said it might be good for a couple of loads which would give me time to investigate alternatives to repair).He also sent me a detailed quote if I wanted to proceed with repair.All in all very professional and polite. Makes a change from my prior experience in years gone by.

The service techs arrived in the time window indicated, were courteous and efficient. I found out from them that frequent use of power boost on the induction ranges can cause issues with the boards. Since their diagnosis that the boards would need replacing, we have not used PB and have not had the error code E0 20 thrown again. Why is there not more documentation out there regarding the pitfalls of frequent use of PB?? Thank you Totem!
