I don't normally write a review for Tim Hortons, but after seeing all the 1 star reviews, we were about to find a different Tim Hortons, but decided to try it anyways.I have to say that our experience was overall positive.The staff was quick to take the order, they were nice and welcoming. The order was quickly prepared, everything to our liking, and as per our request.The place was clean, and the staff was working hard to clean tables as they empty, and cleaning the outside windows as well.We were there in the morning time, so it was busy, so there seemed to always be a lineup near the washroom.Overall, experience was positive.

I gave this rating because I believe people should not stop here. The lid on my large green tea was not put on properly and the tea burned my left and right hands, also my left leg on my lap. Not a concern from the staff. A simple oh no

Worst Tim Hortons if you are travelling and have a pit stop. Don’t go here. Worst customer service. Undercooked chicken. Overall worst Tim’s

This has the most inexcusably grimy washrooms ever, I come to red deer frequently and this location is most convenient for me to stop but I see how consistently repulsive it is.Highly recommend a change and a cleaning tracking sheet because AHS would have a blast seeing how unsanitary this place is if they came in.

Tables dirty, everytime I'm there. Food last time was pretty good, hard to understand the people taking my order. They seem really nice, and are always smiling, but I can't understand every second word. Biggest issues is the constantly dirty seating area

Tried to stop here on the way through red deer to be stuck in line to find the store had closed significantly early, with all the lights on, the workers walking around, and the only indication they were closed being a garbage bag covering the drive through window. Don’t waste your time stopping here carry on to the next town where the management hopefully hires capable staff.

The bathrooms were disgusting. The hand dryer didn't work in the men’s and the faucet was broken. It was posted that the women’s toilets weren’t flushing properly so no toilet paper in the toilet but only one was usable and the toilet paper in the bin beside the toilet was full to overflowing by noon. The large London Fog I ordered was only 2/3 and Luke warm at best. The top third was foam. However, if you are just passing through, the coffee was awesome.

We got a 50 of Timbits in the afternoon and they were very fresh, and had basically every single flavour.
