Jessie is amazing. I brought my 8 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and Jesse just chatted with her at first to get to know her and she explained every step of the process to her putting her at ease.I would highly recommend going here and seeing Jessie!

I went to Shambhala because of a friend's recommendation and have since gotten two piercings (septum and nipples) done by Jessie. Both times I've been made to feel extremely comfortable. Jessie was extremely friendly, answered all my questions, and talked me through the entire process and aftercare. She clearly cares very much about the quality of her work and in the experience of my friend was extremely helpful when she had issues with the healing process. It's also worth mentioning that Shambhala carries high quality and extremely cute jewellery :)

Jessie and Trish are the best, true artists and lovely too. I recently got my second tattoo from Jessie and would recommend her in a heartbeat. Thanks for always knowing what I'm imagining and bringing it to life.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I called to book an appointment for a Monroe piercing and she was able to fit me in that day! I was so happy! When I walked in to Shambhala it had such a great atmosphere. Lots of windows with bright, natural light and beautiful art everywhere. Very clean.My piercer was so friendly and kind and awesome and had such a good vibe. She explained all the aftercare very comprehensively and provided me with written explanation as well. The actual stabbing of my lip part was even awesome lol she was gentle and quick and I barely felt a thing! I’ve had many tattoos and piercing in my life and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I’d go back any day and I’m definitely going to recommend them to everyone!!

I recently got my conch piercing and I absolutely love it. Super professional and clean. Really good quality jewelry. Jessie, the piercer, was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She was very precise and payed a lot of attention to ear anatomy and angles. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a tattoo/ piercing and I can not recommend this place more.

Takes the time to discuss all the follow up care in depth.She is very conscious about cleanliness and sterility with her piercings.Jessie previously did the daith for us and it was a great experience.This year we did helix, rook and I had my nose pierced.I would recommend this place for any piercing.
