Ordered a pair of glasses and watched its Canada Post tracking with a lot of excitement. I guess the deliveryman was needing new glasses too, because they were updated as delivered" except my mail box was empty! After a few days of hoping they'd magically appear

I absolutely love my glasses from clearly.ca! They arrived quicker than I had expected and they were exactly as advertised - very well priced too! The first pair I got, I had made a mistake on the order and the customer service guy that I dealt with (sorry I forget your name) was very understanding. He helped me get the return label squared away and even ordered me my new pair right over the phone. The new (correct) pair came just as quick as the first ones. I’m very impressed all around and will be making future orders.

I just now received via Canada Post my new two sets of classes from Clearly Contacts. It took only 5 days from order to delivery. The web site was totally amazingly easy to use. The glasses, same frames but one clear lens and the other sun glass lens, are amazing as well. I put them on my face and they fit perfectly, no adjustment required, and they are perfect. The optometrist shop where I got the eye exam put a lot of pressure on me to buy from them, but I resisted and I am happy I did. I got two very high quality glasses from CC for 2/3 of the price the optometrist shop wanted for one pair. This company is amazing and so is their service. Love 'em.

Horrible customer service! When I ordered I wrote that the driver had to call me when he is trying to deliver my contacts because I don’t have a buzzer for my apartment, and when they were “having trouble delivering” I kindly said to the customer service associate that they had to call and I got back a weird response that was so grammatical incorrect I didn’t understand what they were trying to say. When they finally sent them back, the delivery driver called me to get them and when I went down to get it he was very angry and started yelling at me that they “don’t call people.” He swore at me and was very aggressive, and as a young woman it scared me quite a bit. I know that the driver could have nothing to do with the company but they should be checking who they associate with because it is a reflection of them still. I will never order with them again!

Very poor customer service. They never have a manager available, sent wrong contact lenses to me after I paid for express shipping, and then refused to refund me even though their representative agreed to it over the phone. Now I have the wrong lenses, I’m out $17 in shipping (which I paid for so I could have them in time for an event) and they’re only offering me $10 credit. Absolutely atrocious.

Ordered glasses Feb 28th... March 29th, still waiting. Was told three times they passed quality assurance, but then later said not true in fact didn't pass. Got them in the mail after actually passing quality assurance...completely wrong RX, one lens transition, the other was clear. I'm still struggling trying to get my glasses. I'm a long time client, past experiences have been great, this is my first transaction since the sale.....Not a happy camper.

A loyal client of about 20 years. Received contacts that had the wrong rx, they would not replace them. I Didn’t even ask for a refund. If they are not willing to provide a positive resolution for a long time client-they clearly do not value their clients loyalty or business.

I did my part by sharing my email address with these clowns. They gave an intro coupon code that works nowhere. Prob after the elderly. I'm disabled, but can still complain everywhere about this place.

I am so happy with the customer service with Clearly Contacts they go above a beyond I have had two problems with the frames I have bought and I have had a no hassle return from the company they respond with in an hour and they are very helpful and polite and friendly . They have replace my frames with in a timely manner Would recommend them to any one ..

When this company first started I had great experiences, but it's drastically gone downhill. They used to have fantastic customer service and a hassle-free return policy, but now they have intense interrogations and won't replace or fix even faulty products.Whether their initial business model was unsustainable or they just want to keep more profits at the top, their key selling points from the start of their business no longer apply. I used them for contacts and glasses for several years, but now even their low prices do not justify their quickly dropping quality and service.
