Adel bebawy, head pharmacist at this pharmacy is the best in the region, to say the least. Comfortable environment while you wait, and he sells all other kinds of things (mainly foreign products) such as sweets etc. He will also personally delivery your meds to your residence if you can't make it in. He's a charming individual. Very knowledgeable and understanding of your needs. If it's out of stock it'll guaranteed be there by opening time next day. Next door he's runs queens medical centre which has a lab on site. His wife is a doctor there currently putting people on a wait list to have her as their family doctor. A great business with humour from adel bebawy as always to lighten our situation.

I and my two sisters have been visiting this amazing pharmacy for many years now, and it is always a joy! Adel is so sweet and compassionate and he cares deeply about his patients. I am blessed to know both him and Dr. Bebawy :-) they have always been there for us and their kindness has made our lives so much better. God bless them both and the wonderful work they do for others. The pharmacy is lovely and is bright, clean and welcoming ❤ Prescriptions are always perfect and filled with care. Thank you so much!

My wife and I went in to the pharmacy today. He is an absolute gem of a gentleman. Honestly, very professional, knowledgeable, kind and on top of that, better prices than any other pharmacy in the area. We highly recommend Queen's Pharmacy and will continue to support.

I moved here just about a year ago. I haven't had any troubles and nothing negative to say. I'm treated respectfully and professionally as a client. Of course, I'm not the type to get wound up on the little hiccups here and there. Take small things with a grin and enjoy the day! Every interaction works both ways.

I've always had a problem with the guy who runs the pharmacy. Whenever I come in to pick up my prescription or call in, he's always really rude. I understand that there are other customers so the days can get really long and busy, but in no way is it acceptable to treat patients the way he does. I recently called in to pick up my prescription, and yet again, he starts the call with passive aggressive remarks. Out of courtesy, I'll state what I'm calling for, and he'll passive aggressively tell me that he needs my name to do any business, but of course I know that; I'm just trying to be courteous by letting him know the reason for my call. In this most recent call when I asked if I could pick up my prescription the next day because my work doesn't finish until after the pharmacy closes, he rudely cut me off and told me that I HAD to pick it up on that day or else I wouldn't get it?? Is that even an ethical practice?Then when I explained that I needed a refill of my prescription because I lost my new supply, he told me I had to find it because I wasn't getting the refill. Of course I know I have to find that--but I lost it during my move and really need it asap. But he's denying me of my prescription, and basically cut my explanation off by repeating bye

This office is incredibly slow. They are inconstant and it doesn't matter if you make appointments, you'll still wait nearly an hour or more to get in while walk in patients are sent to rooms before you. It unfortunately is close to my home so I have been on more than one occasion. There are two or three receptionists, and one of them its incredibly rude every time I'm in. It's unfortunate because the doctors are ok...but I wouldn't visit again. I'd rather drive...

guy running the store is rude and passive aggressive at the least. He kept calling me up on why I havent picked up my refill meds that I ordered in case my condition comes back again, which is why I havent gone to pick it up in a while. He grilled me when I said I came to pick up my prescription instead of saying refills, then he kept questioning me on whether I even take my medication and when I said yes, told me that I shouldnt stop the medication myself even though I talk to my doctors about it. This guy is ridiculous. Go anywhere else other than this pharmacy.

A very nice, pleasant pharmacist who knows his job well. This is a small business which we should be supporting rather than supporting big box stores. I've been using Queens Drug Mart for years and it is a very clean well organized store.

If you can go anywhere else, do that. As mentioned its filthy, overpriced and the guys is very rude and creepy. I used to get my meds here and not only were they often late, half the time the pills would look different. It was the right meds but a different brand every month so I had to check that I had actually gotten the correct ones. I finally decided to leave, and the guy called me up and grilled me on why i transfered my prescriptions. That is beyond wrong, i shouldnt have to explain myself for changing pharmacies, im not under contract with him. He obviously has no problem using patient information inappropriately and thats noth the person you want handling your medical and insurance info. Just pushy, rude, and unhelpful. Spare yourself the headache, go to shoppers or something, most big pharmacies do free delivery at this point if its too far for you.
