Bad customer service. Just wanted a receipt for my fuel and he wouldn't give it because I forgot my mask even though he could have just printed it. I was in there for 5 minutes waiting while he ignored the customer in front of me.

No sliced pizzas, no hotdog, no wedges，none of these was their, they have it I'm stock just wouldn't cool it.

Came here for a slushy and the slushy was very warm and creamy, I then wanted to get a slice of pizza and it was just laying on the floor, I ended up falling down and got clapped from behind, not going back any time soon, no thanks man, like nah

The bathrooms were the worst bathrooms I have seen in a LONG time while traveling.The staff absolutely does not clean it on a regular basis. And the doors don't lock properly. Anyone could walk in at anytime. However if they are looking for a place to film a horror movie I would recommend this bathroom. Yes it's that bad.One toilet looks like a well used stained urinal and the other looks like it wouldn't be fit for travellers with any hygiene concerns. We ended up fueling up and walking to Tim Hortons for coffee and bathrooms

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Garbage was overflowing, the paper towel dispenser was not loaded instead they put the paper towel on the sink in the bathroom, toilets hadn't been clean, and the food was absolutely not good the potato wedges were dried out, the chicken strips were enough to break your teeth off..by far the most awful 7-11 I've ever stopped at

Worst 7-eleven I've been to.Fountain drinks are never what they should be(poor lemon lime syrup for Mountain Dew, Melon slurpee flavor for Lemonade drink, etc), and never the advertised flavor shots available.Some food is often nearly cold and hard, when they have food, that is(last wedges were great).Got $10 10 wings and wedges deal, and added the $4 meal, and they didn't have enough wedges, so rather than substitute, they charged me for individual wings without ever even mentioning it to me. And never even offered to make me fresh wedges.When I said what wings I wanted, they claimed I could only choose from some of the available flavors/styles, that some were more expensive.When I went to pay, when I asked and they couldn't substitute, I said just to leave the wedges out, rather than charging me $4 for the whole deal, they charged me about $5 for the 4 wings and 1 wedge, and put it in a bag.When I asked for a proper container, they said they couldn't. When I asked for something to put somecheese in for the wedges, they couldn't. Other places always offered me a small coffee cup, they told me they'd charge full coffee price for just the cup.Then I went to get my drink, and as I was leaving, Hey

Don’t know what they put in the water in rosetown but the employees move slower than snails. Last few times there I ended up walking out with nothing and went to the coop gas station just down the road. Highly suggest going to coop over this place

Man and woman's shared bathroom. And ants on counter beside the food. Most truck stops are much cleaner

I got food poisoning from their chicken wings and was hospitalized not impressed at all, I suggest anyone who ever had a single thought of going their should bury it deep down because you might get food poisoning, never going again for the rest of my life, and I must add the only slurpy that was available was cream soda. Absolutely disgusted by this place.
