Downtown Dentistry - From Braces to Invisalign & Orthodontics

Dr. Chu is really great. She is patient, enthusiastic and has a good attitude towards patients.I'm happy to be her patient.

This clinic is super expensive, I went there for cleaning, they charge you over the standard guideline fees from insurance coverage without letting you know in advance that you have to pay out of the pocket, if I have known that I would not even go to that place to begin with. And they tried to get you to do full check with the dentist, no way I am going back with ridiculous price they charge, will not go back

I’ve been going here for the past couple of years and my experience has always been above and beyond. The staff is super professional and friendly. I’ve been going there for cleaning and Invisalign and they are very thorough with my procedures. I highly recommend this dental practice if you’re looking for one.

Really loved the whole dental and orthodontic team, everyone was very nice and made my visit quite enjoyable! They are also very knowledgeable about their practice and the care they provide. All in all I had a fantastic experience!

Dr. Baker has a great aesthetic eye and skillful hand. She made the daunting experience of going to a dentist very comfortable and relatively painess. Highly recommend!

The stuff there are friendly, doctors are professional. However there couple things I like to mention. First of all, waiting time can be quite long. Both my friend and I experienced long waiting time there and for me, I’ll say on a average of 20-30 min pass your appointment time. Secondly, they charge a lot for their services. I’m self employed (no insurance) and I’m paying $320 for just normal teeth cleaning. To be honest, this price is quite high even for Downtown Toronto area. If you have insurance and you are flexible on time, this can be a good choice of family dental clinic for you.

I was very impressed by the advanced 3D imagery machines they have here that takes a full 3D pictures of your mouth. This way they can actually accurately measure how your gums and teeth are doing over time. This is a big improvement compared to other dental clinics I have been to and I think this shows how they care about their patients.Receptionists were also very nice to deal with. They also accept AMEX!

Not the least expensive dental clinic, but the care and service are top notch. They have the most up-to-date technology and equipment. Many of the staff have been with the clinic for quite a long time, which leads one to believe it is a well-run establishment

Overall 5 stars. Customer services phone line prompts with effectiveness as well as patience, professional, of course. Highly recommend.
