Milwaukee Service Centre

I had 3 Milwaukee products that I went to the store to see if they could help me with, it was kind of odd cases for each type of product, not power tools but a really awesome and bright worklight, a pair of safety glasses and my milwaukee tape measure (which is by far the best tape I've ever used). I wasn't really expecting that even a couple of them would fall under warranty, the tape was a seperate case that came as an aside after they helped me with the other two products when I asked on advice on how to stick the tip straightener back onto the tape because it was starting to delaminate from heavy, abrasive and daily use and the rep told me that their tapes are lifetime warranties and that kind of floored me, I didn't think that such a staple and daily used tool would qualify and for that I can't recommend it highly enough, and after the ease and help I got today, it or another from the same line is going to be in my toolbelt from here on out. Anyways on the other two products, both were also quite good and thinking back on it, I had a problem with the glasses getting scuffed up and I was initially dissapointed thinking the lenses were soft but the replacements feel totally different so I'm thinking maybe I exposed them to some kind of chemical and degraded them like evaporated brake cleaner, chlorine is hell on plastics or rust remover, after that it was cutting pavers and the stone dust that roughed them up I think, the guy in the store said he hadn't seen that happen before so maybe i was too quick to lay blame when I should have realized maybe I played a part in their deteoration. Thirdly was the light, the battery cap disappeared while at a work site, for this I didn't expect that they could do anything except maybe get ahold of that cover and sell it to me. Frankly they went above and beyond for me and got it fixed and were even able to locate an extra battery for my light so I can use it on high throughout a whole workday with one swap.Anyways in summary, they went above and beyond for me, I was stunned in what they did for me and they've really impressed me.

Great service from this store when I had issues with a tool I had just purchased. Talked with the manager and explained my issue. Got the tool repaired within minutes and he told me that if the repairs were not satisfactory that they will replace the tool.Tool has been working great since.

Have dropped items for warranty in the past - quick processing time but repairs and parts take forever. Poor follow up history - have called multiple times for a part number or how to order and rarely receive and answer or call back. I tend to avoid places where I have to harrass them just to be served.

Very helpful team that will be able to troubleshoot and fix any issues with the Milwaukee tool line at no cost if warranty supports it.

I'm a contractor using pretty exclusively a mix of M12/M18 tools. I have dealt with the staff at this Ottawa location a couple of times.I have experienced great customer service.I run 5 XC5 batteries and had one which would no longer charge.I was given an over the counter exchange today as it was within 3 yr. warranty.As a small contractor these tools are worth the investment, especially when I know that I will get this kind of service.Well done Milwaukee Service Center in Ottawa!

I just brought in my framing nailer for service, as it broke during a time sensitive job. They were extremely helpful by getting it fixed up for me in 10 minutes on the spot! You rock!!

What an amazing experience having my 2 gallon wet dry and 18 vacuum serviced here. I walked in, explained the problem, and had it replaced all in about 15 minutes. I did not have my receipt, but they were able to determine the manufacturing date by the date code in the serial number. This experience has totally confirmed why Milwaukee is the best tool manufacturer in the business. Keep up the great work guys!

Extremely happy with the Milwaukee service and warranty program. The crew at this location are helpful, quick and easy to deal with. They refurbished a well used M18 fuel 30 degree framing nailer of mine that I thought was worn out. This included a full cleaning and replacing several parts on the gun, even a new magazine.This really backs up the brand and inspires me to get more Milwaukee tools as I know I can count on their support and service.Thanks guys!
