MARK’s stores carriers good brands as everyone knows however, when you purchase an expensive item, you may have to keep checking price on their website afterwards. The same item you purchased today may come on their website 30-40% less the following day or week. Their employees are sometimes kept in the dark but, experienced sales persons who has been there for a long time may know when you have to recheck. A little chat with a smile they can tell you when they will offer the discount.

A great selection of items for men and women. Heavy duty and workout clothing is available, but a little pricey. Highly recommend the heat socks. Store is well kept and clean. Social distancing and mask policy in effect before the lockdown.

This 5-star rating is based on my expectaions and in direct comparison to the poor experience at the Argentia store.Went to the Argentia to purchase a specific item. Spoke to two different employees who both did not help in finding the item and were clearly not service oriented. Neither knew about the products offered at Mark's - it was quite a surprise based on my expectations of their brand.Contrast this to Milton store where the first staff member knew their products so well that they were extremely helpful in providing a variety of options to suit my needs and helped to find them. He sent me to the cashier with the (complex) purchase (sale items, clearance and price adjustments) and she simply handled the lengthy process professionally. Both exemplified courtesy and a service oriented attitude.The difference between the Milton and Argentia store is worth the 20 minute travel time. It is early and managment issue just so strange to see the the stark contrast between two local stores of the same brand.

Mark's has great products with great value. Great deals and great service. An associate was great to check stock and pricing for me on items I was hoping to purchase. If you want to be warm best place to buy thermal layers and waterproof winter boots! A great Canadian store. My go to for the best winter apparel.

Excellent customer service. If you don’t find the right size for clothes or shoes, you could pay here and they could order for you either to pick from this location or directly delivered to your place. There is ample parking in front of the store. They are following COVID-19 protocols. Keep up the good works.

Really nice cashier, store was really clean and they had some good sales on the day I went. They have really nice basic tops if you're looking for plain white tees and long sleeves. Would definetly recommend.

I visited Marks Milton to buy work boots. Customer service was great. Specially Jessica at the cash register was awesome. She made my visit a great one. I give 5 stars mostly because of her. I recommend this store for shoppers.
