Great instructor, I feel the course is long and for someone like me who has taken it 4 times should be able to take the half day course, its also too expensive and the chairs could be more comfortable..

Instructor was very thorough even though he was relatively new to this subject. He was open to discussion and welcomed ideas and input. We explored and expanded on the areas where there was any confusion or concern. I feel he prepared us well to be able to step in and help where needed knowing when and how to just administer first aid, when to call for assistance and what to do until the assistance arrives.I feel that I did not just get a piece of paper, but earned the certificate and am ready to put the training to use should I need to.

I really enjoyed this class had a great time learning which in my opinion is how it should be. Randall the gentleman that served the class his time to teach all of us the safety training we needed was amazing had some good laughs.

I was only present for the refresher portion of the Working at Heights class which did include the practical usage of the fall protection equipment (harness & lanyard. I found the workbook and delivery of the content satisfactory.
