Service Advisor Marc Harty was very helpful and provided sound advice on my next steps for the car to be serviced. He asked a technician to take a moment to speak with me about the concerns I had with the car. When I was in earlier that week & spoke with another advisor, I did not receive the same attention, as I did from Marc. Thank you Marc for your help and for setting up an appointment right away for me to bring the car in, rather than having me wait weeks for the next available appointment. Much appreciated!

Pickering Toyota offers great service at a great price. I was afraid that things might have changed after the pandemic and they did….for the BETTER! My last few visits I’ve been served by Marc Harty – he provides exceptional service and is a pleasure to interact with. At my last visit, my Toyota required diagnosis for a rattling noise. Marc made sure to take me to the service area and showed me how the corrosion under the vehicle led to a loose heat shield. He kept me up to date on the time required to repair the vehicle and was upfront about the costs.These days it can be hard to find honest and reliable service. Thankfully my experience with Marc and Pickering Toyota was honest and 100% reliable. The insight Marc provided into the problems and detailed explanations help build trust and customer loyalty.I look forward to many more visits at Pickering and working with Marc in the future.
