Our dryer stopped working(heatting element) and they were able to come the next day to fix it! Very polite and professional! Would recomend!

Darryl showed up at my acreage right on time (7:45am). Ran a full cycle on my washing machine to ensure he caught any and all possible causes for my issue. He was easy to chat with, charged a reasonable amount and did an amazing job. I would 100% recommend D&L Appliance Repair.

Today was my first experience using D & L Appliance Repair on a kitchenaid dishwasher we purchased 18 months ago. They did the homework for us to find out that even though warranty was over, there was a recall on the repair we needed so they fixed our machine quickly at no cost to us! Helpful, fast service, and cared about their work. Will hands-down use them again!

He must of had a good idea of why my dishwasher was leaking before he came because he had brought the replacement part with him. Very professional, quick, and showed up early. Will definitely call again.

Had a very poor experience. Spent almost $500 to have our dishwasher fixed and just over a month later it broke down again with the same problem, and D&L wasn’t willing to stand behind their work. Do not recommend.Update: We contacted D&L after they responded to our review to address any miscommunications since they replied saying they always stand behind their work. In this phone call they said they were confident in their repair despite the dishwasher breaking down again with the same issue, and would only be willing to take another look if we hired someone else for the uninstall and reinstall, and brought the unit to their shop ourselves. We decided to cut our losses at this point.Additionally, the original $200 fee to bring the unit to their shop was never disclosed to us during the service process and we would have never agreed to that if we knew it would cost that much. If you decide to use D&L’s services, make sure to ask for these costs upfront so you aren’t left with any surprises.

D & L went above and beyond for us. They were at our house less than 24 hours from the time a part in our dishwasher broke to having the issue fully fixed.They were really easy to deal with and even helped to level our Dishwasher so the door didn’t stick anymore, they did they no charge.You can tell that they care about their customers and making sure your issue is solved.I will definitely be calling D & L again down the road.

Laurianne and Daryl provide exceptional customer service. I called this morning, and Darryl has already been out fixed and my dryer. They know what questions to ask so Darryl can bring out the correct part he needs. I highly recommend their business.
