From scheduling through job completion John's Sanitation was a pleasure to work with. Danielle phoned when she was on the way and when she arrived she got right to work efficiently. She explained the process she used to drain and inspect the tank and pipes in a friendly, professional manner. I was very comfortable with her workmanship. Danielle was on time and her service for emptying our septic tank was great! We had difficulty finding the lid the night before she was scheduled to come out. She had all the right tools to do the job efficiently and helped me find the lid. I finished the digging while she set up. Her patience was very appreciated! We had great conversation while our septic tank was emptying. And the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend John's Sanitation and Danielle's service to anyone!

After having a terrible experience with a local competitor John’s sanitation came through to finish the job. Danielle showed up professionally in a clean truck on time to pump out our septic tank. Not only did she hustle to get the job done, she educated me about our septic system and how to properly maintain it. We were renting a port-a-john for a party and scheduled a septic tank pump at the same time. Danielle came out to pump the septic tank. She explained so much to me about what I was looking at when she opened the lids. She is very thorough and does not leave you guessing. We talked about preventative future maintenance. She is fantastic and explains everything! I was really impressed and asked additional questions about septic inspections, since I am a Livingston County Realtor and this comes up all the time. Gary and his son did an exceptional job cleaning my septic system. Unfortunately I used another company out of Hartland 5 years ago who did not do the job they were paid to do so Gary and his son got a bigger job than expected. They were great with communicating the process and showing me exactly what they were doing and the finished product. I was very happy.

So good! Great to work with and super smart. They educated me on septic tanks as I moved from the suburbs. Turns out I didn't need my tank emptied at all so the tech spent the time telling me how to properly maintain my system and what to do/not to do in the future. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Danielle is amazing. We didn’t know where our tank was, and she was able to locate it, deal with our old tricky tank and pipes, and taught me lots on how to maintain our entire septic system. she was wildly kind and helpful, and worked very quickly and efficiently, and she even included and taught my kids about what she was doing and made us all feel at ease. i’ll be letting John’s Sanitation take care of all of my septic needs from here on out and will be requesting Danielle every time!
