Great hotel design and nice room but I'm very disappointed with the service as when I checked in I was given a room in the third floor. I asked for higher floor and I was told by a lady at the front desk that she can't do that as per their policy! The hotel did not seem busy at all so I'm sure they had plenty of rooms available. I was given a room in the third floor next to the gym where someone was slamming heavy weights on the floor at 6am and ruined my sleep. Could not go back to sleep and was tired throughout the day as I was traveling and had back to back meetings. I complained about what happened and was only given a promise that it is going to be better next time!

What a great hotel! Location to downtown is great. Service by staff was top notch. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Well appointed and the balcony view we had of downtown was a great treat. Sitting out enjoying a drink and the view. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Definitely the place to stay in Moncton, the staff ,hotel , and amenities are great!Hotel is super clean and also has residents in above floors. Well run facility and great stay.

Wow. What a nice hotel. My first night staying here and I think I have a new favorite hotel. We came in the middle of the night during an event and still found a room. Awesome. The gentleman in the front was kinda brisk but efficient. I walked in the room and instantly stunned by the 4th floor view. The room was very spacious and modern. I'll be back and will recommend to my friends.

Very nice and modern loft style pet-friendly hotel. The room was super spacious. The bar downstairs closes at 10pm, which is typical for a hotel bar/resto.Location was great, parking was okay too. They have two spaces; one in the back and one beside but across the street. It was convenient to bars nearby that were open later.No free breakfast.Super nice modern bathroom, and incredibly spacious.

Stayed here for a work trip, and I was super impressed with how big the room was. Everything was very clean and seemed really new, and all the staff I spoke with were very helpful and friendly. I loved the cafe/bar on the first floor, and the restaurants were nice too!

This was a nice hotel inside and out but at the end of the day hotels are supposed to provide an opportunity for a restful and peaceful stay.When checking in the front staff said that there was an event going on, on our floor but assured us that we wouldn’t here anything.WRONG! We stayed 2 nights and had 2 nights of uneasy, restless sleep if you call it that. The ice machine was outside of our room as well and ALL night long both nights. Non stop traffic.We tried to address this on our last day but there was no sympathy from the agent at the desk nor anything suggested on how things could be better.I have stayed in hotels literally all over the world and have had airplanes fly overhead and have had it less noisy and bothersome than this hotel.Again, beautiful property. But avoid room 206/207/208 if you can at all costs. Or put your money towards a different hotel.
