Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Best service ever, Timmins Airport location. We had made an error on the pick-up time, and when we were late Kim made an international call to check on us. Amazing experience.

Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time.Rented a car, it got a flat in 50km. They wanted $80 just to send someone to switch from the flat tire to the donut. Really?? So after doing it myself, they were closed, so they told me to bring it to the airport location. They are open until 10pm. Or are they? The staff was closed up at 7:30pm... The Enterprise management even called the staff at home, and they ignored the call. No one came. So no rental... Maybe change your hours. Disgusting service....

Absolutely horrendous . If i could write this review with - starts , trust me , i would .Please bare with me as this story unfolds as i am p%#@@d . First off , i booked my vehicle for pickup at 12.00 noon . Being the way i am i got there at 11.30 , no one at the counter . I asked around and was told these people show up whenever " .So

Easy to deal with, called for a quote/availability and got right through to them in person at the airport location. Ended up booking through Costco as it saved me $20 for the 3+ days I had the car.Easy quick pick up of vehicle.i did notice the person ahead of me was turned away as they had an outstanding bill from other locations (staff handled it well/professionally) and the next person ordered a specialty mine truck that wasn’t in stock. The next counter over (different company) a women was turned away because she didn’t have a credit card in her name, only her husbands (can’t blame them for that)

The rental car itself was ok. However when it came to payment, Enterprise told me they would email me the receipt later that evening when I dropped off the keys. I did not get it and decided to call after 2 days, then I was charged with 2 extra days by mistake. Then I reached out to customer service to get this fixed, after about 2 wks, 10+ calls, 10+ emails...I still haven't gotten the receipt and only see random charges on my credit card that were not explained to me.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. These folks don't seem to ever answer the phone during the day.EDIT: Now, on a separate occasion from the above, the staff has decided to close up shop early, after again failing to check the phone where I left multiple messages notifying them of changed flights. When will enterprise actually do something?! These staff need to be let go.

I am Trying to Understand, how is it Legal to have a service Booked In Advance, and on arrival at the airport, it is Literally a GHOST TOWN!They Basically leave you stranded in Timmins or you better make sure you have a couple of 100$ for taxi based on where your heading.That last flight coming into this airport is around 09:20pm, there is no reason why there shouldn’t be an agent available, whether via phone or at the desk to assist customers especially if a booking is made in advance!Ps: Enterprise, I guarantee you, one day any vehicle keys that is left at the desk, I hope someone takes it and SCRAP that car, not even a thread from the tire will be left!Poor Service

Not impressed. Nobody working at the counter during business hours. They leave the keys on the counter for you to pick up (and drop off) which is fine if they give you what you reserved. They didn’t give me the vehicle I rented, you can’t reach anyone to get the situation resolved. Called corporate number, they can’t do anything either because the location doesn’t have anyone on site to answer the phones even though it’s during business hours. Only giving 2 stars because the vehicle was clean and in working order. They should however have a snow brush in car so people can clean the snow off the vehicle.

PEOPLE, DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOUR AND AVOID THIS PLACE ALL TOGETHER. All car rental companies at this airport have procedure" -"gone home before closing hours" . They leave car keys with the security at the airport
