He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment I picked up the order. When I picked up the order everything was shrink wrapped, clean, and they were very help getting everything loaded as well. They were also the best price around. I would highly recommend them (and Jake) to any of my friends, family and clients.

I think I just had one of the best retail experiences of my life. A couple of weeks ago, my condo suffered a water leak from a unit above me. It damaged the underlay of my vinyl flooring which I had just had installed 18 months previous. Unfortunately, the store I had initially used was unable to get me the required flooring. I searched the internet and found that Anderson Flooring had it in stock. I spoke with Jake, who really went out of his way for me. He obtained the flooring and magically got it to me the following day. The delivery man, Erdem was absolutely fantastic - a new Canadian who was very effusive about our beautiful country.
