They sure know how to repair the item but lack of Communication is not helping them. Ask 3 times or you might be surprise with a repair bill that is 30% higher vs purchase of new and available item!

Was looking for a Stihl lawnmower and battery powered trimmer. Dealt with Ron. I couldn’t believe the helpfulness and patience in showing me and explaining the features. I had dealt with a Stihl dealer in Barrie previously and they could take lessons in customer service from this store. All items surpass my expectations. Will be back and have recommended this location.

Most incredible service. I went in to see if they could provide a chain for my old chain saw. I wasn’t sure sure what to expect. Ferd, the parts manager was absolutely fantastic. Took care of everything I needed. Absolutely amazing. If I ever need any powered tools this is where I am going to purchase them. Thank you New Holland and Ferd!

I got there a little after they closed... (coming from Niagara Falls). I believe it was the owner who came up to my car, and asked what I was looking for, said come on in. Sold me a Stihl chain. Can't beat that, will keep my business that way even if I have to drive 20 mins out of my way for Stihl.
