Terrible service, we try this location once every few months...each time to date they messed up our order. Espresso machine has been down for at least 3 months (perhaps intermittently). They serve crispy chicken when ask for grilled, mess up milk and sugar contents in coffees each time, and even served me a burnt egg McMuffin! We avoid now.

So sick of getting cold fries. Took them back to tell them, they didn't even bring my hot fries to me when done, even though I was the only one in the restaurant. Sad news was, the manager gave no apologies, just stared at me like I was from outer space. Some manager you got there...hire better people!!!!

Great service, clearly the restaurant is struggling for staff. Will be excellent once the crew get back in numbers. Food is always hot :)

Unreal. Absolutely the worst service ever at any McDonald's patronized in my 50 years of being a customer.It needs to be stated that I understand that most companies are currently having severe staffing issues.That being said if a business cannot provide a minimum standard of courteous service, close your doors forever. As this McDonald's should.Not an isolated incident and I try to post positive reviews as I completely understand that more people tend to write reviews for bad service and rarely post a review for exceptional service. So it's safe to say that I'm being fair in this case when I say, close down for a few days and train the employees you have managed to employ in basic customer service. This locations employees do not even have basic manners that you teach a child.The old customer is always right" is not how I feel. "The customer is rarely right

Was our first time ordered McD cantley first of all we ordered from self service and no receipt. Secondly, missing our order that we pay for. Really disappointed ☹️. Will not recommend this place or maybe check your order inside the bag before you leave .

They don’t have kids toys or yogurt with the happy meals. Which they don’t tell you about when ordering. Every time I’ve ordered a double quarter pounder, it has the smaller Big Mac patties. Save yourself and your kids disappointment and go to another location.

Horrible service. Employees are so disorganized it took almost 30 minutes to get my order. The point of going to a fast food is in it's name fast". It sure wasn't fast. Avoid if you're busy/in a hurry."

Mcdonald are all the same... but this one.Fries are always fresh, buns are always fresh. There are a couple mcdonald in the area...but they do everything right.
