Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Really good staff but as with all car rentals I find there is too much you don't know once out the door. No issues this time but there could have been on the drop off point. We figured it out..

Worst service I’ve ever received. Booked online only to get a call hours later saying there are no cars available and told me one would be available later, sad to say am still waiting. Last 30 minute before closing no one picked up the phone!! Weekend plans went down the drain.

We were regular customers but stopped using Enterprise the day we waited to be picked up to get the car we reserved. When no one showed up at the agreed time we called and were told there were no cars that day. There was no attempt to solve the problem they created, nor any concern for the terrible situation they put us in. They simply stranded us.

Wow! What a surprisingly pleasant experience. Probably the best interaction I've ever had at a car rental company. I was in and out within 8 minutes. All paperwork done. Keep up the efficient work - seriously makes a HUGE difference! Thank you!

Super friendly staff and awesome manager. Even though rental cars availability at the time is rather nonexistent due to the pandemic the staff and manager of this location went above and beyond to help us out and come up with a solution. Even though they were busy they went out of their way to deliver a car to our hotel as we were left with no vehicle after an accident. You guys are all awesome and your help and kindness will never be forgotten. Hope to cross paths again somewhere in the future to be able to thank you all in person

If I could have rated it 0" I would have. Unreasonably unhelpful staff who were unwilling to help make their customer happy. Do not recommend. Don't bother with this company unless you feel like being treated like your business isn't valued.Their loss was Avis' gain. Hassle free rental without the B.S run around"

A deer who decided to run into our car, brought us to Myles (agent) and Hilal (branch manager) for a rental. They were terrific, even trading us up for a slightly taller vehicle, when I brained myself. I advise waiting until the local office opens at 9.if you call the 1-800 get you get a American call centre, who don't really know whether Hebb ville had cars or not. (They said none were available, which was not true.) Thank heaven for the friendly, local touch.

Hands down the best car rental experience. The staff (Dan) was friendly, and professional all 3 times I phoned to extend our rental. I chose the I click you pick option and drove off in a spotless Malibu. The location is easy to access. It actually was a pleasant experience.Thanks Enterprise and Dan!

I've had two experiences with this location and both have been great. The first was a brief rental while my car was in the shop and that was as smooth as can be; simple pick up, a nice car, friendly service.My most recent experience was while returning home during the COVID pandemic. After driving a car from Toronto we had to self-quarantine and could not return the car to the rental service myself. Working with the representative over the phone was quick and easy; we sorted out that they would be able to pick up the car after it had sat for a couple days. This complication may be a rare occurrence, but I think it's a great example of how they're willing to work with the customer to get them what they need. We're very grateful!
