Incredibly caring and thoughtful people!! Very happy with the grooming both of our dogs received, especially after the last groomer said one of our dogs was too difficult. Noelle had absolutely no issue with her and we are so happy we made the change!

The owner is friendly and experienced. She is great with all breeds and was quick. My dog had her nails done and the only reason I would give ace 4 out of 5 stars is she doesn't accept walk ins for nail trimming. Otherwise, we will be going back for excellent customer service.

Noel knows what she is doing and is very professional. She is strict about being on time. She only does one dog at a time so my little dog is done in 1 1/2 to 2 hours tops and looks great when he's done! (if you found this helpful click like"!)"

noelle has been my dogs groomer for years. she has always did an amazing job. she has a lot of experience. i love what she does. her dog scout is there to greet you at the door and she is really nice. 100% recommend. all my family and my friends take their dogs here. she does the best job and my dog loves her.

They tricked me into paying $60 for grooming my dog before the let me see her. She hadn’t been groomed at all. In fact, they’d only smeared something with a scent on her. Both groomers harassed me then and in numerous phone calls the following week. No refund offered, and no apology. Beware!

Owner couldn’t handle the size of my golden lab. He was to heavy, only got the wash after I was called to come put him in the tub, but she charged me same price as quoted. Dog wasn’t dried properly before I was called to pick him up and 2-3 weeks later ended up with several infected “hot spots “ the vet called them. Infected spots on skin where water was trapped under the fur. Was not impressed at all with quality of service. Will never go again.
