I decided to try this studio on a whim, as it's one of the few places that a) offers classes in the evening and b) is NOT hot yoga. Carolyn is excellent, she speaks very clearly and paces the class to your needs, offering modifications if you need any. The classes I've attended are the drop-ins, and I have found them to be very relaxing and rejuvenating. Definitely worth a try if you haven't gone yet!

I have only had good memories and amazing guidance from Carolyn. I took the yoga teacher training and I have learnt so much from her! You have to check out this wonderful little gem of a place and feel the magic for yourself!
