Purchased an over the range microwave and arranged delivery. Delivery man arrived and unpacked it. Then told me he couldn't install it because the backsplash tiles were in the way. Then said I can't get a full refund because it had been opened. The delivery guy should have looked at that first to ensure hecould install it before opening the new one. Coast appliances is now charging me a restocking fee and none of this was my fault. The salesman said he would go to bat for me and would call the next dayHe didn't call. It's 3 days later. I tried calling yesterday and was told he would call me today. He didn't. Bunch of crooks. Will never buy here again

Wow! What a great experience I had with Coast Appliances Victoria, BC. My older freezer stopped freezing consistently so I called Coast Appliances and ordered a Whirlpool French door refrigerator from Dallas to be delivered, installed and have the old fridge hauled away. He was very helpful and the ordering process on the phone was fast & efficientStrongman delivery called first and arrived early. Silently brought a massive French door refrigerator up my front stairs. Removed my front door and maneuvered 2 large fridges in a tight space without making a sound or touching a wall.The installation & haul away was so fast & efficiently I could not be more impressed. The guys from Strongman Delivery we’re polite & professional, fast & efficient.I highly recommend Coast Appliances & Strongman Delivery. Thanks to all

I purchased a new range for the nonprofit where I work and can't recommend Coast Appliances enough. I worked with Patrick Holmes who was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and made sure that things went smoothly every step of the way. We received the range even sooner than we had expected and the delivery and install process went off without a hitch.

I was very pleased with the service. The sale representative was very patient, understanding and professional. They handled everything from start to finish. They unhooked and removed the old washer and dryer and installed and tested the new ones. The delivery personnel were very friendly and professional. I am very satisfied with their service. I would recommend them.

Bought a dishwasher from the clearance sale, and was told that it was a customer return due to it being the wrong finish. On delivery, the installer pointed out it was missing mounting brackets, the kickplate, the electrical cover, and one of the leveling feet was completely broken. The salesperson dealing with this was good enough to offer a refund but frankly could do little else.

Cam is an exceptional sales associate. Very knowledgeable and took his time explaining products and listened to what we wanted. Ended up buying a washer and dryer on an amazing deal. Do not hesitate to deal with him as I did not feel pressured to buy anything.

We purchased a new washing machine, but due to work/holiday we needed it delivered the next day. Every place we called said no sorry we can't, but Coast Appliance said yes we could. Pat was amazing to work with and helped us purchase a new washer and was willing to connect with his driver to get it delivered the next morning (on a Saturday). I highly recommend them for their customer support.Oh, and almost as important, the washing machine was no different in price from the other places (all the ones that said no), so it was not that they were charging us an extra $ amount to do this!If you need new appliances, check them out!

3rd store I visited in Victoria on an appliance spree. Came in with 30 minutes to closing. The sales rep immediately helped me before I even entered the store. Mr. Singh asked me for what I wanted and quickly took me to back warehouse to look at returns or scratched or dented units. Found the exact unit I wanted and in brand new condition. It was essentially 20% off. Arranged for pickup of my old unit and delivery of the new, and everything went off without a hitch. Took only 15 minutes in the store, and 2 days of waiting. If you know what you want, this store will certainly respect your time. Was offered extended warranties but did not feel pressured to take anything extra. Mr. Singh was very professional and ensured all my questions were answered

We ordered new appliances for our entire house (the whole gamut) in July of 2021. In April of 2023, the last one finally arrived. This was due to supply chain issues (not Coast's fault) and we knew it'd be a long lead time. Dallas Patrick at Coast was our salesperson and he was fantastic in the sales process (met or beat competition pricing), setting expectations for long lead times, answering our questions and being patient when we were stressed about timing, helping us get over the line with the final deliveries. I would recommend Coast and definitely recommend Dallas Patrick - his commitment to ensuring our happiness in a fun and efficient manner was appreciated by us.

The salesman Cameron is very good. He told me the difference among the fridges. He was trying a lot to help me get a proper fridge. He is very patient. Also, the other salesman sitting on his right hand also did great team work. The admi (receptionist) is very good as well. Anyway, I will come back for the future again.But the head office phone line is too busy to get connected.
