Framewerks Renovations & Construction

Mike and crew have done a couple of projects for us now. They renovated my upstairs bathroom and built our deck. Always on time, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Their work far surpassed our expectations. I would recommend with no hesitation whatsoever.

It has been almost a year since Framewerks began a kitchen and bathroom renovation. It was a 3 month estimate for completion, and it was completed on time, with most of the wait time being 6-8 weeks for custom kitchen delivery (GCW Kitchens....Great experience with them).It was a good situation...home was vacant, basement unfinished, easy access to complete project efficiently.There were many small issues along the way, but most of these were able to be resolved as the project moved along slowly.3 Major Issues:-Regardless of quote, all work related to your project is charged at $69 per hour (painting, garbage removal, appliance moving...final bill breakdown had a $300+ charge to move a stove and fridge about 12 feet and plug in)-They advertise the electrical portion of their Werks" group

We had Framewerks in to do some Bobcat work for a foundation (excavation, trenching, and backfilling). Mike showed up when he said he would, did a great job, and the price was what we agreed to.

First scheduled reno was cancelled by us.We didn`t know what was going to happen Mike said he would show the day of and it would be discussed,When it was rescheduled,he never showed.Guys came in and started tearing out the $16,000 renovation of our bathroom.The area wasn`t properly secured for dust,till the next day.All the lower living area was a mess.We were out of our home for three weeks..The Mirolin tub was installed two times,because of creaking.Second time all the tile and tub was removed (another week no shower/bath)to install a new one.More cleaning up for us..The lower tile against the tub doesn`t look as good as the first.The second new Mirolin tub also creaked,so the drywall and trim was removed,again to shim tub.Three times to get it right!!.Now the trim has been r&r so many times,it`s full of holes.The toilet that was sold to me wasn`t lined.It sweats.The toilet also was removed and replaced three or more times,for leaking and rocking.The last time it leaked,I was informed it was my job,to clean up the grout,from the leak.Not their problem The trim had to be done twice,as it had dirt and dust in it.The door looks like it was painted with dark brown paint.It doesn`t match anything.The new window frame split around the wood.The Delta taps that were installed,by Framewerks,scratched the new vanity,and tile in the tub.The spout in the tub leaked.No O" ring installed.They had also done this twice

Framewerks removed my asphalt driveway they did a good job and the price was reasonable.
