Absolutely horrible- rude unprofessional and just lacks any sort regard for people. Wouldn’t live there again if my life depended on it

I lived in one of the Normand housing units for some years. This is my personal experience with them, and warning to prospective tenants.Before you move into any their properties, make sure to properly record the interior of the unit with pictures or video. They'll charge you for missing items/ damages that you didn't even cause! This includes sink plugs, stained floors, chipped paint, etc. It was good thing I recorded all of the inside prior to moving day.Also, make sure to have the screenshot of the advertisement of the unit and confirm the monthly rent with the agent with . Otherwise, the agent will TRY to add extra $10 on monthly rent, which I was victim of it....

A smaller company. I rented with them a few years ago and really appreciated them. They were always quick in dealing with issues and never had hassles like other landlords / property managers I've had in the past. We wanted to move to a bigger place as we had an expanding family and wanted to stay with Normand, but they didn't have any places that suited our needs. Our current landlord is good as well, but if we ever want to find another place to rent my first choice would be to see what Normand has.
