KMC JUNK - Junk Removal & Salvage

If you are looking at this review then you are probably considering using KMC Junk Removal. Allow me to save you some time, stop looking and call them!I do not traditionally post reviews however my experience with Karl was so exceptional I have to. There are no words to describe how satisfied I was with KMC. I just wish I could have given him more than 5 stars. His service is phenomenal and his professionalism is exceptional. He helped me empty out my late parents 3 storey house and empty a garage that they spent their lifetime filling.KMC has my highest recommendation and my deepest gratitude for making a very difficult task for me extremely easy.Thank you Karl, you are the best.

We had a great experience with KMC JUNK. Firstly, the value compared to other removal services was unbeatable. Removal was timely, Karl was very helpful, and flexible. We were able to figure out things at the end for a large complicated junk removal versus other services which estimate up front and are less flexible once the removal amount is established. We're already planning to use KMC Junk again. Thanks!

Karl is THE Tetris master! I couldn't believe how much he was able to fit in the back of his truck. He was easy to talk to and great to work with. His prices are hard to beat. Fast, friendly and no damages to the walls or floors. Will definitely use his services again in the near future.

I'll just preface with this: Karl. Is. The. Best.Don't even bother calling one of the big name junk removal services... I had quotes from them that were 2 or 3 times the amount of KMC! While clearing out my dad's house, Karl went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He is easy to talk to so there was no awkwardness while going through something so personal. He took care of tasks I couldn't even fathom having to do and seemed to have solutions for everything! I don't do a lot of reviews, but I felt compelled to come on to write something about KMJ because I am so grateful for Karl and his truck. :) Thank you so so much for everything. I hired Karl to remove from debris from my property and he ticked all the boxes. Well priced, on time, courteous, friendly and he had impeccable execution. Karl takes serious pride in his business and it shows. If you need junk removal, Karl should be the first call you make!

I looked online for a few junk removal services and KMC quoted the best price. Karl was very friendly and easy to deal with, showed up on time and got straight to work with removing some construction debris from my garage. Karl even gave my garage a little sweeping at the end. Top notch customer service and highly recommended!

Honestly, it’s junk removal so I wasn’t expecting much more than a straightforward business experience. Karl went WAY beyond my expectations. He was incredibly responsive (within an hour) and we quickly arranged pickup for the next day. He arrived on time, was super friendly, but not overly so, gave me the price (below what I anticipated; shhh, don’t tell him he could have charged more) and got to work. It was a small load and was completed quickly and efficiently with no issues. He followed up with a text to thank me. I haven’t even heard back from the other guy.10/10; 100% recommend.

Karl responded quickly to my request. He did an efficient job of dismantling and disposing of our old gazebo. He left the work area clean and neat. Karl's price is very reasonable. He was honest with his estimate.
