Pumps are never in working order. Slowest pumps in town. You can lock the triggers on the pumps but when your tank is full the pump doesn't turn off you just end up with fuel all over the ground and your car. Customer service is lacking, the employees just walked away from me and implied it was my fault when I brought that to their attention.

this pump is a shitbox spare yourself a headache by not going there no pumps working waste half hour switching pumps and when asked they say no one asked u to come here

Hate to do it but the customer service is lacking. And it’s the middle of summer can we please fix the DEF at the pumps. Staff at this location seem to forget that truck drivers have to go to truckstops we don’t always have a choice so a little compassion would go a long ways.

I'm only giving this place a 2 because at least there is a decent amount of truck parking. I called inside for the comdata code so I could get fuel authorized for my semi here. First, the girl at the counter acted like she had no idea what I was asking for, then she hung up on me. I called back and asked again, and she said they lost their list" and to call Corporate. So

The manager lady is super rude and unpleasant. Not something you would expect from a flying j, not impressed. Tried to shop there several times as perhaps she had a bad day but she only has bad days and then worse days. Flying j,you might want to consider a change of management in this store,it does not do the name any favors.

I happened to stop for a shower without my points card.Took my time,was rudely accosted.I asked the reasons for concern,and was given the rude and dismissive treatment by 2 employees and a manager.I will never use this site personally again until there is a change.Also,it will mean that both my outfits will be fueling elsewhere.(32 trucks)

I usually like the 25 dollar meat pizza. This morning, um , no. Ordered mushrooms on it, but very little on it. Hardly any cheese, a big spot of ranch dressing (didn't order that), dough was definitely not done. Disgusting.
