Great for a wedding.We reserved a 12 passenger limo for our wedding party, and could not be more pleased with them. The administrative staff was polite and responsive to our questions and last minute changes that we requested. The driver was polite and very professional as well. He contacted me by phone directly a few days before the event to work out the details, and we made changes to accommodate to his suggestions regarding timing etc.He was on-time, and very good about making it to our different destinations in a safe and timely manner. We were very pleased with the condition of the vehicle as well.I'll recommend Diamonds Limo to anyone looking for a fancy ride. Thank you Diamonds!

Debbie who I spoke with almost weekly was amazing. She was very helpful in setting up the wine tour I did for 22 people. Our limo driver David was amazing, friendly and a great driver. I would use Diamonds again and plan on it! They were very accomdating, as I changed my reservation around a few times.

Our driver called to say he'd be 15 minutes late, but was over 30 mins late. I handed him a official check which I was told I could, then he challenged me on that. He then asked me where his tip was before we were even in the car. Water, candy and brochures were promised but we didn't get offered that. I called to say I was not happy with the service. They did give me a 50 dollar voucher which I won't be using since I'm not from the area, and the man on the phone who I spoke with cut me off and didn't listen. He told me that they have to ask for gratuity up front since some people won't give it. While unfortunately not everyone tips fairly, gratuity is earned not expected. Overall, it was okay and did the Job, I wasn't impressed.

My husband and I used Diamonds Limousine for a BB game!I was awesome - we were able to tailgate before the game, andthe driver was ready to leave when we were. We will useDiamonds again.

Horrible experience! Horrible customer service! They cancelled on us 5 days before our event. Said they didn’t have a vehicle for us. I suggested renting a van (we didn’t care what we were in to tour wineries and celebrate a 50th birthday). They then said the didn’t have a driver, but maybe they could get one (where is our original driver??) It was excuse after excuse. They strung me along all week and never called me back - I had to keep calling them. I spoke with both co-owners who were arrogant and could have cared less. Who cancels on someone 5 days out? Of course everyone else is booked up. Do not use this company!!

This Limo company was a phenomenal price especially compared to S&S limo. And their customer service was far better as well. Despite being a wedding the price was not inflated like it was at every other place we looked at. The driver was on time, courteous, and the limo was clean. I gave this company 4 stars as there was some miscommunication although it ended up working out for the better anyways. Great communication would have easily put it at 5 stars. I asked what limo we would be getting and a different one arrived. Our driver called me a few days before the wedding to make sure the plans he had were right. When i spoke to the office they told me to just give him the itinerary when he arrived. When he arrived he did not have down that he was picking the girls up. All of these were small things that did end up working out but for me was the difference between 4 and 5 stars. I still highly suggest them and hope you have a great day with whatever you use them for.We used them for a Wedding May 30, 2015.

Excellent service for a 6 hour wine tour around Seneca lake. Our chauffeur Wes was polite, entertaining, and knowledgeable. He was right on time, easy to communicate with and he even helped us choose the right places to visit. Wes made our day! I highly recommend Wes and Diamond Limousine.

Exceptional experience with Diamonds Limousine Service. I booked a package for my daughter's 13th birthday party. The booking process ran smooth and was affordable. Prior to the day of the event, I received a professional and courteous phone call from our chauffer, Kevin going over my itinerary and finalizing any details. On the day of the event, Kevin arrived with punctuality at the time discussed and had all the paperwork that needed to be completed ready to go. Any questions, concerns, or needs we had, he took care of during the duration of our time with him.This was a once in a lifetime experience for my daughter turning into a teenager and being able to celebrate in style with her friends. I would recommend Diamonds Limousine to anyone who needs their services but most importantly I would highly recommend that they request Kevin to be their chauffer when booking.Diamonds Limousine provided a safe, reliable, clean vehicle, took care of the details of my package, and also hired a professional to provide safety, courtesy, and professionalism as someone to represent the company.Kevin went above and beyond to make my daughter's special day...perfect!Thank you and Thank Kevin for a job well done!

We just rented #32 for my birthday last week. Tommy Walker did a great job! Very well dress drivers all the time. The car showed up clean and smelt like a new car. Never had an issue with them once.
