Had a great buying experience. Terry Stewart casually walked over and asked us if we needed assistance. Terrible service, very rude saleboy that should be fired to talk to customers like this and refusing to take back a week old new product that stop working. I will recommend anyone to take their business to a different Honda dealer.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff.Update to previous review. After going out of their way to pick up my check service since then hasn't been great. Had to phone 3 times (so far), to find out where my plate and registration is. Going on 3 weeks and still no sign of the items I need to ride the bike.

Unbelievable how terrible the service is here hung up on so many times and after purchasing the parts the were the wrong ones they wouldn’t return them back to stock. Older gentleman at the parts counter just say what am I going to do with it. Horrible place to deal with if you want good service for your Honda toys see mike at miramichi Motorsports or toys for big boys in moncton

Poor salesboy. Worst customer service I ever had. Do not buy from them, go to Bathurst Honda or Moncton. I would give a zero but no option.JH Stewart held up my four-wheeler for weeks then told me it's not covered.Bathurst honda is honest, and will inform you right away if you are covered or not under warranty.I wish I purchased my four-wheeler in Bathurst or Moncton.

Called at least five times but could never speak to the parts department (busy…). One person eventually called me back but I called again for some clarifications and it was the same circus and I never got a call back. It’s good to know that their business is so good that they don’t have to bother calling back potential customers. The next day I called a competing store in Moncton, immediately spoke to the parts person, got all the details I needed and drove an extra 100 km to get the parts I was looking for. My father had historically always done business at this place and until recently I was happy to do the same but that’s now over.
