I love the Travel Kiosk as they always take care of their customers inside and outside of the country. You can call therm if you are having any issues while being away.

This business has the WORST customer service. They lack integrity, honesty, empathy, and an attitude that whatever bad service they provide you are being provided with a service.The President/Owner is just as disrespectful as her employees and does not return calls to address customer concerns.They have been useing the COVID pandemic as an excuse to abuse and take advantage of their customers.

After talking to someone at the office about booking a trip in December 2019 .No sale's person called me back. I called more than 4x with no response. My friend recommended them☹️
