Excellent service and follow up, also located a person to correct a heating problem which had nothing to do with their mandate. Not too often do you find someone who will do that, and refuse to charge for the two trips to a rural area. Kudos to Aaron Biffert.

After installing water purifier from ecowater system, I can see big difference in taste of water as well as in utensils are shiny. There is no stains in dish washer as well as laundry washer.

Was looking for a reasonably priced water systems for our family. Called culligan got terrible customer in house service. Called Reliance got good customer service but most expensive service and no help with prices. Than spoke to Aaron best customer service best in house customer service and finally a proper price included install and best products for my family and in my budget. Thanks to not being my third strike instead it a home run.

We needed an RO system and water softener in our home. We researched a few different places in Calgary, but ended up choosing Ecowater Systems because of their excellent reviews. From the consultation to installation, Aaron and his staff were nothing but professional and friendly. They answered all our questions and concerns about our investment. We would recommend Ecowater Systems to anyone who requires an RO system and water softener. Our drinking water tastes so good! Now the water is so soft when we take a bath or shower. I had a water softener and a water filter for drinking water put in 18 months ago by EcoWater. When I called today to ask when I should change the filters out, I was advised its to be done annually. I was given prices and options, and mostly I was remembered from last year. I'm very impressed with the quality of the products and amazing service. The phone was picked up immediately and it's rare to see such great care taken in service! Thank you so much.

We were fortunate to find this company who came out to repair our water softener when most of the other companies would just get us a new one. They were successful in making the repairs. They were also very good in coming back when the softener did not work properly after the first attempt.Great people to deal with.Tim Tang
