I figured after Xmas everything would be stocked up. Inventory was low to nil. Very disappointed. Had wood for wood burning but no wood burning tool. Lacking this throughout store. Partial inventory to do projects.

Went for paint glitter . Was really happy with the selection .

Most of the time this is one of my most favourite stops but not this time. Ordered mugs for a mother's day project online. Got the email saying they would be available til Tuesday. When the email came up I clicked the request more time and it glitches and gives an error. Shortly after I go check email to find that I received a message telling me that the item that I ordered was not in stock. This is after i had already received mail.saying my order was filled and waiting. But wait. It doesn't stop there. What I ordered was t showing online anymore and it popped up with similarly products and I ordered instead. The photo showed packs of 2's as I had already bought.. when I picked up there was only one in each. So I phoned and confirmed they did have what I was looking for but it wasn't on sale. No problem I went to make the switch. I arrived to find that they hadn't pulled the item..not only that but what was available was the wrong size so I drove all the way back to the store for nothing. At almost 2.00 a litre for gas it's a waste. No apology no attempt of any kind to remedy the situation or find the stock elsewhere. Just a take it or leave it attitude. I left with the single cups because it was all they had and I was on a deadline. The store was dead.. nobody in line and mlnot many people browsing so i wasnt rushing the.. With the amount of time and money we spend in the store ... I can't even... disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it.

First time I was convinced to enter this store.My wife wanted me to come in to have a look.To my amazement it's a very cool store.Had items I was able to pick up for my everyday items in my garage.Items I picked up that day were spray can paints .Paint brushes and wood I used for my model building hobby.I am now a regular and join my wife with visits to this store.Frienly staff and fair pricing.Thankyou.Marc

Very friendly location. There is so much to choose from. Some excellent deals to be found. However, like all Michael's locations, sometimes their pricing is just too high. Having said that from slime to beads to paint to fondant, its anyone stop shop for creativity. Awesome for do it yourself" proms

Its a typical Michael's except that this store was low on inventory so I wasn't overly impressed. The cashiers were extremely slow, too, so it added to the overall negative first impression. I will only return to this location if other stores cannot first meet my crafting needs.
