Had to get a transponder, over all good experience with the staff as they were courteous and filling out the paper work and waiting my turn went fairly quickly.Why only 2/5 stars, cause I’m sick and tired of everyone’s hand in my pocket when it comes to transportation and all the schemes government’s and private companies come up with for us the public to be able to move safely from point A to B.

I am giving the 5 star to their fast costumers services. As we all know 407 ETR is little expensive but in the winter time i save alot of money by using 407 because in the winter time all the other highways and roads are usually jam packed , but 407 always clean and free , which helps me to save time, and gas.

Can any business be more obscure and have the least transparent and misleading pricing, customer service and billing practices?407 ETR IS HORRIBLE for the tourist, who falls in a trap by casually and innocently getting on 407. Besides being utterly expensive, one never knows how much one’s going to pay, only to get slammed with an invoice that by the way cannot be seen online without cumbersomely opening an account.The bureaucracy and cost around paying a simple toll on a highway is unbelievable!!!I despise 407ETR, one dark and sad story from my trip to Canada.Makes me think how un-Canadian this is…

Worst company ever. To pay a highway bill they make you register, but still waiting two days to receive register confirm email. So can't pay bills until that comes to my box. Called and found they don't take calls in the weekends and regular office hours only to pay bills. What kind of crack head people are these? Even the SO and the GC opens on Saturdays and take calls in extended hours during work days.Just to to hell 407ETR.

So upset and disappointed in this company. I have been using them for over 14 years and have always found them expensive. Today I got hit with a $50 Camera Charge! $50 for automated cameras, its ridiculous. I got a new vehicle and travelled 17.227km for an emergency. I have parking tickets that are far less. The 407 Company" really doesn't care about their customers and only wants to gouge them. Thank-you Mike Harris and your government for selling out... Anyone that reads this should avoid this toll / "stole" your money highway..."

Unreasonably expensive. Because of that, drivers take alternative routes, making the roads congested. So, the company is causing the congestion, wasted time and gas. They must be held liable.

Perfect service, excellent attitude (i am using 407etr for many many years)...I purchased a new car, travel on the 407 and received my bill. Paid my bill in time and I am happy customer.... People should learn to appreciate the service provided instead of complaining all the time.A.Shah.Very Reasonable Charges.Distance 47.729Toll Charges 26.91Camera Charges 4.20Account Fee 3.95.One more time excellent service. It's 8 am and we are paying through the nose to take the 407 assuming it would be plowed and the safer option. Wrong...travelling 70kmph in snow after exiting a clear problem free QEW. Heads up for anyone venturing out today and 407 get it together!

Great highway to use, especially if you are using it as a through to get to the 401, QEW, 403, 115 or any north/south through. Saves time as well and a safe and comfortable highway too.
