It's not run by medical stuff unsupervised and u see overdoses done 4 to 9 time a day

I gave these guys 4 stars only because I haven't spent enough time there to know all that they do. I will be back to edit my review once I've had the chance to get to know the place. They're certainly active in the daily lives of addicts + that says + means alot.

I truly thought the needle exchange was a give and take organization. Let's make the needles safe for the users and they have to bring back the old ones in order to exchange. Not the case. They give them away by the handful and I get to pick them up daily used and dangerous. Waste of taxpayers and donated dollars

The staff is great they make you feel like your there to get a muffin lol they don't ever treat you like your there to pick up things to do drugs with. If you need to talk they listen it's a welcoming.

What they do is important - the way they do it is enabling this city to become dirtier than any other I visit. Their products/supplies are all over every walking trail, park, and any other place you might take your family for an afternoon on a nice day. It's a real shame because the mission itself is so necessary and it loses all of its credibility with the way it operates.

Always good service at this place, they follow social distance and other covid requirements and the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable
