I want to thank Andy and Coleen for making mine and my wife’s experience exceptional.We had the most friendliest greeting from Coleen when we first arrived, which started everything off on the right foot.Andy is and excellent instructor who is modest about sharing the fact that he trains the trainers. He is extremely knowledgeable when is comes to anything about sailing/boating. If you want an instructor who makes you feel comfortable on the water and teaches you in a manner tailored to your learning capabilities, then Andy is the instructor for you. This is the expert you want to learn from.Andy’s sailboat is a perfect size to learn how to sail, dock and practise your skills. Andy’s instruction is clear, calm and precise. Absolutely awesome sailing course! My wife and I are sailing for the Caribbean and wanted to brush up on our skills while becoming ASA 104 certified. Andy’s weeklong liveaboard course allowed us to get ASA 101, 103 and 104 in a single week, while enjoying some cruising at the same time! Andy is a very competent sailor and instructor. Some can do but can’t teach… not Andy, he can do both! He and his wife Colleen make a great team and were fun to hang around with.The most surprising part was just how comfortable his Hunter 326 was with four aboard!And perhaps the most memorable part, was sailing wing-on-wing in 18 knots true… or maybe it was the big smile on my wife’s face when she docked the boat herself! Super cool course. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to learn to sail, or get their ASA 104 which is recognized in the Caribbean and the Med for chartering!
