The staff at North River Animal Hospital are very pleasant and accommodating. We know our puppy Mollie, while there, is getting the best care available. I have one question, NOT a complaint; Mollie is six months old, her first visit was at 9 weeks. We have yet to enter the building or meet the Veterinarian. When I go to my doctor, I can go in person, maskless, and have for months. When in person visits return, I'd have to say they are fantastic.

I appreciated being given an appointment as soon as possible. I appreciated the care with which they treated my cat, and our questions were answered with respect. We left feeling more educated about how to take care of our pet and we were so glad he was taken care of so quickly.

I have been taking my pets to North River Animal Hospital for what's approaching a year and a half now, and my fiancee far longer than that. We don't see any reason to go anywhere else. They have always been so kind and compassionate, and when I had to put down my cat earlier this month, I was so grateful for their kindness and grace during one of the hardest times of my life. I absolutely recommend them to everyone.

After 15 years of using Geiger Clinic, it had closed and I really needed a vet asap. The staff at North River was so friendly and kind to my dog. They were able to get us in quickly (non-emergency issue) and when she needed a recheck, we were able to get in that afternoon.The prices are comparable to Geiger Clinic in Croswell but I honestly have to say the staff is so much friendlier. I would definitely recommend North River Animal Hospital!

I was not a patient before Friday, but when my 9 year old dog had a seizure they fit me right in, even though it was close to closing. Everyone was so kind and attentive. The vet was amazing and took the time to explain all of the blood work results in detail and go over my options and next steps. I am so greatful to them for taking care of my buddy so well during such a scary situation.

All the staff are wonderful, and Dr. Darling was particularly thorough and patient in examining my cat and explaining both his lab results and the options for his care plan going forward during our most recent visit. I've been bringing both my cats here since I adopted them in 2019. I am so happy to have this animal hospital nearby and cannot recommend this place enough!

OUTSTANDING! Beginning with the girls answering the phones to the vet techs to Dr. Darling I made the best decision to switch vets. Clean, clean, clean rooms and my dog was very comfortable. If you need great care for your furkid, do not hesitate to look into North River Animal Hospital.
