Very bad experience. I’ve heard great things so I went in the store to give it a shot. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude and ignorant and not helpful at all.

I would not recommend this business because of a poor customer service experience. Staff were demeaning and patronizing to another shopper in my party. Tim ought not to refer to an adult woman as a “good girl” when selecting a countertop finish.

My partner worked on a major project in the past with Bob’s Kitchen Shop and had a wonderful experience. We are currently working with Tim, the Manager, on a new major kitchen and bathroom renovation. Tim has provided excellent customer service and is very sensitive and caring towards client needs. Tim makes you feel like a member of the family and demands the same standard of quality he would want for himself. I highly recommend Bob’s Kitchen Shop.

Professional, great customer service. Tim offers years of experience and advice, always warm and friendly. I see a very negative comment that was clearly someone misunderstanding maritime friendliness, what a shame.

Rude and Zero Customer Care - On the advice of a contractor working for us, my husband went in today, Friday at 3:58pm (thinking they were open until 5pm) and approached the man behind the counter about buying counter top, to which he indicated that he had what he wanted; but because there was only 2 minutes left 'til closing"

Me and my fiancée went there to pick out a kitchen countertop. Tim, our salesman was very informative and helpful. When you go into the store, it feels like it is a place comprised of honest and hard working people. Prices are reasonable too which is hard to come by nowadays due to inflation. Great customer service and reasonable price!We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to people

Very impressed with the customer care and service of this company. I am in the midst of doing business with this them as we are doing a major renovation in our home. The owner has spent lots of time to make sure my kitchen will be exactly what I am looking for. Other nearby companies gave me a rushed hour. The kitchen that Bob's has deigned for me is truly custom" not like the big box store kitchens that say they are custom but are very restricted and not truly custom. In the end the price difference was minimal
