Bought a harvia sauna 2 years ago. One element let go after 11 months. Sauna specialist ask me to buy a new element to replace the broken one and send back the broken one so they can verify it and apply a refund on the new one. Did what they asked, and I never heard back from them. Contacted them multiple times, and no answer back. And of course, repairs fees and electrician work were spent out of pocket.12 months later, an other element exploded during a session, which was pretty scary. Contacted them to ask for a complete refund. They said they will contact harvia and get back to me. Guess what? It has been more than a month, and no follow-up. Will now place a complaint at consumer's protection.I do understand that they are suppliers, and they are not harvia, but a supplier should stand behind the product they are selling and not leave customers stranded like that.I do not recommend this company over buying online from a random company since you don't get much more service.If I had to redo this all over, I'd probably buy two units from vevor for 300$, one to install and one for spare parts.

Fantastic service from them and excellent products. Our electronic sauna control panel showed up slightly damaged (most likely in shipping) and they had it replaced within the week. Great customer service people.

Really terrible communication and very unprofessional to work with. Many delays and little response. I would get emails forwarded to me from staff showing their frustration with their own staff and their lack of ability to communicate.

It was a pleasure to deal with Sauna Specialiste out of Laval, QC. They have a wide selection of Harvia products and a good website. Anthony was a courteous and responsive sales representative, and Stephanie provided helpful technical information.We got the Solide Compact sauna with the Harvia 22 stove. The stove is maybe a bit more powerful than needed, but they were out of the Harvia 20 and I was leery of getting the smaller Harvia 16 for when it's -20 degrees C out.One snag we ran into was that we had pre-ordered the protective sheath that goes around the stove (they were out of stock when we were purchasing the sauna), which is necessary to allow such small clearances between the stove and the walls with this compact sauna design. In the end, our sauna had been sitting fully completed except for this final piece of the puzzle for about 6 weeks of prime sauna season when we finally cancelled our order for that protective sheath and had something equivalent fabricated by a local sheet metal outfit (for about the same price). My advice would be to avoid pre-ordering anything crucial, keeping in mind that most of this stuff comes by ship from Finland. Staff may have been overly optimistic about a projected delivery date, but to be fair, this was during the height of global supply chain issues, and I imagine they were also dealing with unprecedented demand so I really can't fault them for that. It was absolutely no hassle when it came to cancelling that order.One other piece of advice to other sauna builders is to have a look at the documentation on Harvia's website. I found there were three slightly different versions of the multi-language sauna assembly instructions available: on the sauna.ca site, on the Harvia site, and in the sauna crate that was delivered. It was helpful to refer to all three versions when sorting out all the parts. If you're able to lay out all the major pieces in order of assembly before fastening anything, it's well worthwhile. Everything worked and fit together as designed, and nothing was missing, but I would say the assembly instructions are pretty succinct.Another consideration for prospective sauna builders: keep in mind that chimney parts are not included, so you'll have to purchase all of that from your local hardware store (this was mentioned in an initial quote from Anthony, but I hadn't factored that in when I first started looking around). We had a bit of a challenge finding someone qualified to install the chimney because the clearances possible between the stove and the wall aren't even close to meeting North American code, although I'm confident it's totally safe (and everything meets the manufacturer's standards).We're thrilled with the final product and the excellent customer service from Sauna Specialiste. Everything about the sauna and stove design are so well thought out, and they look great too. Even in very cold temperatures, the sauna can easily heat up to something hotter than what you'd want in about an hour.We've dealt with a couple other sauna suppliers and Sauna Specialiste is head and shoulders above the competition with regard to the quality of their products, their customer service, and their pricing. I'm about to place another order for some miscellaneous sauna accessories right now! :)We added a bucket shower with an L-shaped windbreak wall in front of the sauna. Works great!

It was our first time purchasing a sauna system, after numerous quotes from different. Companies we finally decided to choose sauna specialist inc. from the first call with Anthony the sales representative it was great. Stephanie was super helpful in giving us technical information. Overall we were extremely happy and would highly recommend their services. Thank you guys.

I love my Harvia sauna!! With great support from the Sauna Specialist team, the final product is a wonderful place to be.

Been waiting 2 months for some help on a sauna. Got a few emails telling me that they are working on a quote. Haven’t heard back. Haven’t been able to talk to anyone about their products. Im not sure how they can claim they are working on a quote if nobody has taken the time to explain their products and available options. The first time I called for some information I was told to just go in their website. What a joke
