Shout out to Robin, Matt, and Erin for making my latest purchase quick and easy. I've always had great customer service when dealing with Dobson's sales and service departments. They are all friendly and always do what they can to make there customers feel appreciated. This is my 4th purchase from Dobson's over the past 8 years and I'm confident it won't be our last.

My husband and I have to say hats off to sales associate Robin trim and their wonderful financial advisor Kelly for making our purchase amazing..Robin listened to what we wanted and delivered and then some, and Kelly with all her knowledge helped us drive the lot with the truck off our dreams..you both went above and beyond and honestly we can't thank you enough ...

Elaine on the finance side.I purchase a lot of vehicles have bought from almost every dealer in this city. My trade in value above fair they gave a good number right from beginning no need to negotiate. Sales and service was accommodating to the purchaser. Nothing was a hassle for me from my end and they made sure of that.I've been to other dealers and if you have a issue or a problem it's difficult to get help no here.Thanks again and happy with my Gladiator purchase

Have never purchased a vehicle here but have given the mechanical service a shot...and they are terrible and I won't be back ever. Would not suggest you have your vehicle serviced here. I would suggest they get a chip on their shoulder when someone brings in a vehicle purchased elsewhere and shoot themselves in the foot. Further to this origional Mopar Auto parts can be bought from Canadian Mopar Wholesalers online at a fraction of the cost compared to their dealership and shipped right to your door. (They choose not to provide part numbers of parts to customers and try to hide the part number because they are afraid of this, but part numbers can easily be obtained on any of the sites I speak about, and the sites have 1-800 numbers where you can speak to a clerk about parts). Do your shopping!!

Bought a set of Hercules tires for my Ranger and WOW, amazing for winter driving as I do a lot of snow travel. They were recommended and worked great thank you again for fast service and knowing your tires for all vehicles.

I can't say enough fantastic things about this dealership. I go to them for everything. The customer service that I have received over the last 16 years has been exceptional. They have never let me down and always came through leaving me with a great experience and feeling confident about the vehicle I'm driving. We are constantly driving and on the go everyday. Having a reliable, dependable vehicle that keeps us safe and on time is an absolute must. They have gone above and beyond for me and have earned my loyalty unequivocally. I have also learned over these years that the Dobson family are great people and do amazing things in our community and for our community. Highly highly recommend!!!

Don't recommend! DO NOT leave you vehicle here for work/maintance unless you want to be without a vehicle for 2+ weeks!..

Was potentially a new customer. Contacted the service department twice, was speaking with a person then midway through the conversation got pushed to a voice mail (happened twice). Messaged them through their online chat to make an appointment to have my used vehicle looked at (new to me) but haven't heard back from them in over two weeks. Must not need any more business.

I had my car in for oil change and repair the lack of heat.They contacted me when parts arrived and installed at quoted price.Very happy with the service.I would recommend them for sure.
