Lake Side Cemetery
I've been in here twice. The first time was 2006 and the second was 2012 on our second trip to Nova Scotia. Nice cemetery, all flat no hills to climb. I have many ancestors buried here all on the Haggett line. It was very rewarding to see where they were as I do family history. Their graves are very easy to find. On the right hand side as you drive in, you'll see a tall stone on your right. That is my GGUncle. George Thomas Haggett. Up from there on the same side you'll see a flat white stone. That is my Grandfather, Charles Edward Haggett, my dads dad. Looking straight ahead you'll see a pink stone. That is the grave of Zacharis Benjamin Haggett. He is my Grandfather. Zach's father is buried in Newfoundland in Harbour Breton in a unmarked grave near the water. I hope to visit here on my next trip when ever that will be. Likely after 2022.
